A highly recommended hotel. Location is at the city central of Goreme. The room is very clean. The hospitality is excellent! It has a lovely view from the rooftop. Very value for money.

The hotel's terrace is beautiful, with a panoramic view of the town and a sky full of hot air balloons when they are flying. The soundproofing is not good and the room is relatively small.

The hotel room is very small. Since I was staying alone, they had no idea what kind of room they found for me. The pictures I took were completely different from the real thing. The service attitude was average. The road was also difficult to find. The car could not drive to the door and had to walk back. The view from the two terraces was pretty good, which was the only advantage.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Göreme. The cleanliness and service were both excellent. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices. There's a beautiful terrace along the path to the front desk with stunning views overlooking Göreme town. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's only a 13-minute walk to the hot air balloon viewpoint and very close to the town's restaurants and shops. There's even a small supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The only two minor drawbacks were the hotel's WiFi, which was extremely poor and almost unusable – I hope they can improve its quality. Additionally, the cave rooms do not have air conditioning (standard double rooms do, but our triple cave room didn't). However, the natural insulation of the cave kept the room from getting uncomfortably hot.

The hotel had one of the best value for money that we ever experienced. The rooms are clean, cute and have good heating for winter. The breakfast was so nice! We did not expect that at all and the staff was super friendly and helpful, organising a ballon tour for a very fair price in the middle of the night and helping us to find nice activities without trying to sell us anything. We loved it and would 100% recommend!

It's easy to get to the city center, and the view from the rooftop is spectacular. The service was excellent and they even dealt with any problems I had. Thank you!

Small room overlooking the courtyard. Shared bathroom, where water flows on the floor - not very convenient. The floor in the room was not clean. Great view from the terrace, breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I would like heaters on the terrace to spend evenings there

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
