Great hotel in every aspect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was complete and tasty. Staff stayed helpful at all times. Location worked well. Prices matched the quality. Smooth stay from arrival to departure.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. From the very first moment, they helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which made us feel at home and truly fall in love with this country. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and perfect for two people. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, both sweet and savory, so everyone can find something they love.
The terrace is definitely the highlight – not only perfect for enjoying breakfast with a beautiful view and warm sunshine, but also a wonderful spot in the afternoon to relax with tea, fresh air, and good conversation with friends. The terrace is large, peaceful, and gives the place a very special charm.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. If you are looking for a clean place with great service, amazing breakfast, honest price not too expensive,and a terrace where you can truly enjoy your stay, this is the perfect choice.

We stayed in Antalya and Kusadasi prior to arriving in Goreme, and this hotel by far outshined them all.
The location was perfect as it was close to everything. We could walk and explore as everything was right on our doorstep. The team could assist us with some adventure bookings and the tour guides pick you up right in front of the hotel.
The service was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to the team at this hotel, especially Anoosha who took personal care of us during our stay. She was so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We found the language barrier a challenge elsewhere but Anoosha could speak English very well.
The rooms were very spacious and clean. We could even see the hot air balloons from our bedroom window.
Food was well presented, fresh and was served at our table. The view from the terrace is stunning, especially seeing the hot air balloons take off in the morning.
We had a magical experience here. I absolutely recommend this to anyone, and will visit them again.

Dont be deceived by the exterior of the place.
The room was decent, lovely, very spacious!
Host were great. Sem and friends were very accomadating. Services were great.
Breakfast was lovely as well. It was not buffet , but it was enough. The terrace was lovely with great view. Its okay if you dont take the cave hotel. This is enough.
The location was perfect. Right smack in the middle of Goreme town. Airport transfer was EUR12 per person.
If u arriving by bus, then its walkable from the bus station.
BIM (convenient store was just beside the hotel). Tour kiosk was plenty around the hotel. Too bad none of the balloon flights were flying during our travelling time there due to bad weather.
But stil a great and memorable stay at Capadoccia partly because of our no fuss stay.

All the staff were very kind, friendly and talked to us a lot. It was a hotel where I felt like I was coming home. I fell in love with Turkey. There was a puppy in the hotel, which was comforting. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Goreme!

I came two Times in Termessos Hôtel on 2021september and on 2024 july.
The rooms are spacious and very confortable, the view from the terrace is Amazing.
The staff is helpfull and very friendly.
The location in front of the Goreme Otogar in the heart of the City is perfect.
It had been my fifth travel in Goreme since the first time on 2008 and the Termessos Hotel has been definitely my favourite stay option.

In front of the hotel is the bus station and transfer center, and the room is quiet. The facilities are okay, but there is nothing to eat for breakfast.
