The place is very Cozy,
The Room is extremely comfortable.
The Staff/Reception is extraordinary kind and their best to make us comfortable.
The Breakfast is Homie food, feel like you have the breakfast with your parents at home.
The rooftop is the best place in town, it's the highest in the City. You can see all the balloon hover above the city at the same hight at this roof top.
Honestly, it's Best place to stay in the city.
I fall in love with the hotel and the staff.
Definitely will comeback here in my next trip.

The best hotel in cappadocia. It Has the best views of cappadocia, we had our wedding photos taking on the roof top, the breakfast had a brilliant selection, its close walk to the center, we stayed in the king suite , I loved its quirky layers, all the little windows had beautiful views on every part , the staff were super helpful and friendly with everything

It was here, back in 2022, that we decided to say “yes” to each other for life, and this year our dream of getting married at sunrise on the same terrace became a reality. We are deeply grateful to this wonderful family for making this possible!

Staying at Koza Cave Hotel was already amazing, but Murat and Ismail made it unforgettable. Saying they were helpful doesn’t even begin to cover it. They treated us with so much kindness and warmth that I honestly felt emotional about leaving.
I’ve never come across people like them, so thoughtful, sincere, and genuinely kind. Their presence made the whole experience feel personal and unforgettable.
Now I understand why this hotel has such great reviews. The only way to truly get what I mean is to go and experience it yourself. You’ll leave with more than just memories.

I had the most perfect stay at Koza Cave Hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room exceeded all expectations. I was upgraded by surprise upon arrival - it was so kind! The bed was so comfortable I never wanted to leave. Breakfast every morning was AMAZING. I genuinely have never had such a tasty and filling hotel breakfast anywhere. The food was so fresh and traditional Turkish. I would absolutely stay here again - it could not have been a better experience.

Delightfully small hotel tucked into a corner of town so feels quieter. Great rooftop terrace for viewing town and balloons but unfortunately they close the bar for the winter so be aware in off season months. The beds were VERY hard, but the rooms were cozy with nice touches. We enjoyed it but just not sure it’s worth the much steeper price than the other cave hotel we stayed at just down the road.

Everyone in here raving about their hospitality so I was excited to book this hotel.
But before that I had something that I needed to make sure so I emailed the facility almost two month ago and haven’t got any reply yet.
I was disappointed and did check their rooms again and I decided to not stay here.
I was concerned about their hospitality since I’m not famous influencers and also there’ll be much better hotel which has better price and better room size:(

I recently stayed at Koza Cave Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Cappadocia. One of the highlights is their rooftop terrace the highest in all of Göreme which offers the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with hot air balloons floating above.
The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, from the cozy rooms to the impeccable service. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10 experience. If you’re planning a trip to Cappadocia, I highly, highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Worst hotel ever!
The staff is kind, friendly but they don’t talk English and act not professional!
The hotel rooms are small and damp and not worth the money we paid!
As a blogger I have seen other bloggers contents there with blanket in the rooftop and l was notified that I am not allowed whereas I was not notified in advance and I saw other people and bloggers doing it on the same place!

We spent 3 nights at Koza Cave hotel in Goreme Cappadocia. When I saw the hotel for the first time, I remembered the hobbit and lord of the ring series, looks like fairytale.
The king room where we stayed was unbelievable, the bathroom, the bed room, the balcony, inside the cave with all the authentic details inside and very clean.
The breakfast was so delicious, everything was home made, I felt like my mother did the food.
The day when we left, they prepared the breakfast so early for us.
The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful.
They organized all the trips including the tours, Balloons, airport pick up and drop very easily and very organized.
The location is perfect, very close to the shops and markets.
I can't wait for my next vacation to go there again.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
