What a unique experience staying in a cave hotel. It’s a 2 star hotel with 5 star service. Ibrahim and staff are very helpful and helped to arrange local tours and airport transfer. At sunrise, you’ll be treated to an amazing view of hot air balloons on the terrace, followed by a scrumptious Turkish breakfast. Location wise it’s a few minutes walk downhill and there are many restaurants nearby.

We stayed 2 nights in Deluxe cave suite, room was spacious but sand from the roof everywhere, no AC was a letdown. Jacuzzi near bed was the best part, we loved it. Great location, right in the center of Goreme! The receptionist was amazing, he was super helpful! there was no hot air balloon during our stay because of the weather, but he communicated that to us the day before to save us from having to wake up at 5am in the morning.

We adored our stay here! Staff were very helpful, breakfast was generous and had a gorgeous view. We booked three rooms for our stay, two of which were big enough to stay cool with AC, windows and/or fans provided. However, one room was quite small with little ventilation and did feel quite hot during the day. We also loved the friendly cats that were around.

It is the most popular place in the city, very quiet at the same time. The rooftop is a must-visit photo spot. I came here just for the rooftop. Having breakfast on the rooftop is really very relaxing. It is the time I dreamed of in Türkiye.

Charming accomodations with very friendly & helpful staff. They even packed us a sandwich breakfast for our 3am check-out! It's close to the main stretch of town & also to the panoramic view for sunrise/sunset - which are also great to view from the hotel rooftop! Bonus: You'll get to enjoy breakfast with lovely cats!

Our stay at Kemal’s was excellent. Room was clean, breakfast was good. A lovely tranquil courtyard joined all the rooms & they had a beautiful rooftop to overlook the town. Kemal & nephew, in particular, were very helpful providing advice & information. More to the point is their willingness to go out of their way. The place is indeed very nice and I can't thank Barabara enough for all the information she sent me via email. A warm and caring person! She also arranged for us to take the shuttle from Nevsehir airport. Our room was large and comfortable and the buffet breakfast more than adequate. Kemal basically runs the guesthouse and is available most of the time. He's somewhat moody and gruff and needs better...

Mr. Kemal is very hospitable, he personally takes care of his customers. When you go out to the terrace early in the morning, you will see a fascinating and unforgettable view. The rooms are also very clean and good.

I give it five stars for our stay but you need to understand the hotel category. This is not flash or fancy accomodation. If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable Pension/B & B/ and locally run accomodation, then you will be happy, this is ideal. If you are looking for a chain hotel or something luxury, you are in the wrong price category and need to revise your budget. However for value...

1. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided us with lots of information upon check-in. They continued to be helpful throughout our stay, assisting with airport shuttle bookings, transportation info, and discounted tour options. 2.
