Was a really great hotel. The service is perfect. The location is a 10 minute walk to the centre, but you can see the balloons rise from your bedroom window! So it's totally worth it. And the rooms were also really nice. Would recommend this hotel to everybody!

The hotel is in the Göreme valley, 5 min away from the center. Quite area, good for relaxation after hard walking day. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its staff - when a stray dog licked my cut not only did they agree to drive me to hospital for a rabies shot on their way home, but they came into the emergency room with me and helped translate to all the doctors and nurses, then negotiated with taxi drivers to take me home. The room was stuffy, and I didn't think about turning on the air conditioner, after all, it was very cold outside. I didn't dare to open the window, because I could see outside, and there were mosquitoes on the first floor (two floors in total). The breakfast was very delicious, the most satisfying breakfast. I stayed in room 203 for five consecutive nights. The water and amenities were replaced every day, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The view from the rooftop was amazing, and I was very impressed to see the hot air balloons. The only thing I would like to point out is that the lock on room 203 was a little difficult to lock, so I think it would be more comfortable if this could be improved

Perfect location, in the center of Göreme, the hotel is dug into one of the world's famous rock formations of Cappadocia. The view is absolutely amazing, every morning you can watch dozens of balloons flying by your terrace. The personnel is so helpful. A lovely family-run hotel. Our room was small but very cozy. There was hot water, the bed was crisp white, and breakfast was included. The room was warm. The observation deck was an 8-minute walk away (entrance fee: 30 lira). The hotel is very conveniently located; in the evenings, there's no loud music or hustle and bustle like in central Goreme. The appearance of this hotel is very special. The rooms are caves, spacious and bright with a cave atmosphere. What I like most is that it limits the number of guests in the hotel, so that everyone can maintain the quality when watching the hot air balloon sunrise on the top floor, so that everyone can have a good experience. It's on a hill so it's a bit of a walk, but the staff are kind and the rooms are clean. There are cats and dogs at the front desk, which is soothing.

Delightfully small hotel tucked into a corner of town so feels quieter. Great rooftop terrace for viewing town and balloons but unfortunately they close the bar for the winter so be aware in off season months. We came in a big group (10 adults and 3 very young children) from Pamukkale (a 10-hour bus ride). We arrived at about 8am which was way before check in time. The host was so, so kind to let us check in immediately (with no extra cost, subject to availability) as we were all so tired! Unfortunately, there was no hot water on the first evening. The Wi-Fi only ever worked when switched off. But the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean, and most importantly, it was great value for money. The receptionist even provided unlimited bottled water!

They were so kind and helpful with all my inquiries and requests, which made my 2-night stay very comfortable. It's close enough to Göreme center to walk, and there's a Burger King nearby, as well as some great value-for-money and delicious restaurants. I also went horseback riding through the hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience!

The rooms are cleaned and beautiful and some of them have a great terrace, where you can admire the hot air baloon flights in the early morning. Great spot! Breakfast is served in a great terrace with a view, and it s good, with fresh omelette/eggs options made express on the moment...

It was an extraordinary experience and the host, Sergio is a very special guy who helps you with every info that you need. He helped us purchase the tickets for the hot air balloon ride and choosing the restauraunts and shops for souvenirs. The hot air balloon ride was fantastic and the booking at the Pashahan Hotel was the best choice.

Our host, Sergio, was absolutely fantastic, he welcomed us with such warmth that we felt like part of his family. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony, which was the perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons drift by in the morning, a truly magical and peaceful way to start the day.

It was a very reasonable and nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and it was very convenient as it was close to the downtown area. There was no hair conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own if you need it.

A very unique experience to live in a place like a cave. This is something that can only be experienced in Cappadocia. Goreme is good except for the ATV of a certain travel agency.

It was a great hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend it to both Japanese and international guests!

The room is old and the bed is small. It is close to the observation deck and the center. I booked it last minute because of a change in itinerary. I can only say it is okay.

The location is perfect!! The hotel's decor is very unique, the front desk staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious! In short, it offers great value for money! A great choice for Göreme!! Highly recommended!
