I booked a family suite, but the description was quite inaccurate. The entire room was open-plan with no actual partitions, just curtains separating areas. Although there were two single beds and one double bed, the bathroom was located within the double bed area, which made it inconvenient for everyone to use the facilities, especially at night. Good location. Walking distance from most of the restaurants and easy tour pick up. Nice room but I asked for a king bed and they gave me a twin bed room and put the beds together which was not very comfortable to sleep in. Besides that, staff is very nice and breakfast is also very good. They were very kind offering us breakfast since we didn’t have a chance to have an early check in.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's sleep. The room with terrace to view balloons is the best!

Loved it here, one of the best rooms of my trip. Perfectly situated for easy access to town and surrounding area with tours or by yourself. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I very much appreciate how understanding they were of my sleep deprivation :). Great breakfast and loved the view from the terrace.

It's clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also good. Watching hot air balloons from the terrace is spectacular. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a small patio in the hotel that is beautifully decorated. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and introduced us to the attractions.

I felt the cost bit expensive compared to the stays i had the other days in similar location. But I should say the staffs were very helpful.

It's very close to the viewpoint, which means a 10-minute uphill walk every time you enter or leave. The rooms are quite old and not particularly clean. However, the housekeeping staff are very friendly and offer reasonably priced local tour agent services, especially a young man named Barosh. I feel happy during the time staying here. This is a cave hotel style, near the sightseeing hill where you can climb up to overview the city. It's not quite as good as in China; overall it's just average. The location is decent, though. The town isn't big, and breakfast is included, with a fairly good variety. The people in the town are much more down-to-earth than those in Istanbul.

They had great recommendations for tours. The only thing is if you struggle waking you might have difficulty getting to your room. Ours required stairs which wasn't an issue for us.

Definitely a great spot to watch the air balloons! You can really get close to them from the property. The room was spotless, and the design of the hotel was incredible. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they tried their best to speak English. It was a great experience staying in a cave hotel.

This place was spectacular. One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were so accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the concierge helped us coordinate the activities we wanted to do. I definitely recommend this place!
