Top 5 STARS all round!
This hotel is fantastic, with a very cool landlord, great to talk with, and with his friends played traditional music in the bar.
The rooms are completely comfortable and clean, and it's quiet at night.
In a rustic village with kind & friendly local people, adequate shops/ market for textiles (at the best price for top quality), and nice and quiet surroundings.
There are even some ancient caves in the village too.
This is the real Turkish village, not just tourists.
There's local buses, but it's not right in the famous area, but it's not too difficult to get there.

Because my hotel was overbooked, I was given a room at the Monestary Cave Hotel. What a disgrace! Not even worth a single star. Old, worn, and the bathrooms were unclean. The breakfast was a disgrace. A man in pajamas brought a few pieces of cheese, olives, jam, and a few slices of stale bread. No, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We discovered this establishment thanks to MEHMET and Nomade Aventure during a trip to CAPPADOCIA. Thanks to MEHMET for his superb hikes in all the valleys and for his kindness, his attentiveness, his professionalism. We loved Cappadocia. Thanks also to ERCAN for its warm welcome as well as from his wife. Their 2 charming young daughters also participate in the life of their hotel. We loved the troglodyte rooms. And what’s more, ERCAN speaks French very well. The meals are excellent, especially the very hearty breakfast before hitting the trails. WE RECOMMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT

The owner Ercan is the most friendly and caretaking hotel owner we have ever met. Our visit felt like we were guests at a friend's house instead of a hotel. A true family ambiance.

The rooms and the public spaces of the hotel are beautiful in traditional caves that have served as a Monastery in the past.

The environment is beautiful and the walk distances are short. Very good experience here

Super friendly people, rooms athmospheric, clean, cosy and warm.Nice Bathroom... Perfect place to stay! 15 km away from Göreme, where everything is happening, but you don´t want to be there, trust me.

The most fun I have ever had at a hotel!

By the time our vacation was over, we felt we had a new family in Türkiye!

The hotel is in the center of the gorgeous, historic wonderland that is Mustafapaşa!

Rick Steve's recommended Mustafapaşa and so do I!

What an amazing place to stay and sleep in a beautiful all cave with all the confort of a modern hotel!
You are hosted like a prince by the patron, Ercan who speak a lot of languages!
And you will discover tradionnal music with him and his amazing family!
We recommend!!

The hotel is a bit distant from major tourist spots, it's even hard to find something to eat in town. But owner is extremely friendly and helpful, giving travel advices in the region. Wifi is only accessible in the bar and common area.

The hotel manager is like a travel guide, he is very knowledgeable and interested in offering free advice for anything in the area. Wonderful experience here, probably the best hotel I've ever been to because of the service and friendliness of the staff.
