Greed !!!! Greed !!! In the morning, we asked for a glass of hot water for breakfast, and they told us that it cost 3 euros ! Please note that this does not include coffee or tea, but only hot water for 3 euros ! When we checked in, there was no water available, which was a shame.

Damp bedding, electric sockets hanging off the wall, toilet seat not attached to loo. Food was awful, even the tea was so badly stewed, it was undrinkable. The only good thing was the fairly central location. Stayed here as part of a group tour only for 1 night, but 1 night too many.

Ambiance is wonderful and charming. But they need to work a lot harder to become a hotel. Service is terrible. Food is awful. Quality of the basic products used in the room (bed, sheets, TV...) is very lousy, and the food is rubbish.

Horrible hotel! Everything that could possibly be broken is broken! Very tired! We walked into our room and there was a puddle on the floor from the air conditioner! But we were lucky, at least it was there! Only three rooms had air conditioning; the rest of the group didn't! The shower was leaking! They pretended to be a cave hotel, but it wasn't even close to being a cave!

The manager/owner was a really great person. I was staying there with a friend as part of a package we booked with a local travel company, on day of checkout the transfer bus left us as we were little late from our excursion. The manager/owner who was an elderly gentleman helped us get to the bus station then even ran behind and stopped the bus for us. When i had asked him how much he would charge us for dropping us at the station then gentleman kindly wrote on my translator app “Money is not everything, we are hospitable”.
Could not thank him enough as we had to board in hurry so Im leaving this review here, if I ever go to Cappadocia will only stay here.

Excellent location and walking distance to the city. Breakfast was very healthy and good. Overall Halil really took good care of us. He even arranged for a tour for us

I want to give five. But only one thing makes us unhappy. When we go back from the city and prepare to the airport, one of the stuff just sit and play phone game, no hello, no sorry, but just say we didn't order it. Actually is another friendly stuff ordered it. It is not good. Finally the great guide help us. We have no fault. So to be objective, four stars.
