The rest is super! I liked everything: room, food, drinks, entertainment. The sea is a bit too far and the fish are constantly biting?, but this is minor.

Overall average to good resort Food is just okay, bars and amenities are pretty good, beach is 7-8 min walking distance, beds are average and walls are paper thin, which means you can hear neighbors Besides that, I was like the only non-Russian, and had l trouble speaking to anybody from the staff, so I felt like an alien But can’t complain a lot since I got a pretty good deal for an all inclusive...

An amazing double bed with a large blanket provided ultimate comfort. Fridge stocked with drinks such as Pepsi Cola, Mirinda, 7up, mineral water, regular water

Quality alcoholic beverages include wines, Aperol, Jack Daniel’s whiskey, cocktails, good quality beer. Meals included meat daily: lamb kebabs, turkey, beef, veal

We had a wonderful stay at the Armas Kaplan Paradise Hotel: We were very satisfied with our experience. The group transfer from the airport took about two hours; we recommend opting for an individual one (faster option)

Drinks offered starting at ten AM on the beach: water, beer, wine, coffee—timely availability fit perfectly into our schedule. The beach itself is covered with small pebbles about the size of rice grains

Everything was fresh, well-presented, and genuinely delicious. The bars were equally impressive, offering a wide selection of high-quality drinks

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great food, amazing drinks, and top-tier service

Whether it was cocktails, wine, or classic beverages, everything was prepared with care and tasted excellent. What truly made the stay stand out, though, was the level of service

It’s centrally controlled and during my stay it only provided heat. I had booked a quiet room since I was working remotely, but still got a room where you could clearly hear both neighbors and people in the corridor

Adults 16+ resort & spa, 9 nights, couple, ultra all inclusive package booked via EasyJet Holidays I will try not to repeat myself as the other reviews but I believe the more people raise it, the more likely it is something to be done about it

And not only this, but also on some days, almost every day, they were playing even louder music between 10 and 12, like we were in Ibiza, I ended up despising JLo's Dance on the floor!! And because that was not enough, on some days they would play again the same loud music in the afternoons and evenings

-There were pool snack bars and night snack bars. These people don't joke about their snacks 😂 We arrived at 1am in the morning and were sent for some food at the night snack bar and we were presented with a full menu

Anytime we tried to rest in our room with my partner, we could not and we were getting headaches. Because we couldn't rest properly, we couldn't sleep well either, resulting in constant fatigue and low energy

The evenings was sometimes a hit and miss, with livs performances in the amphitheatre or the lobby bar. My partner won in the bingo game, so that was cool, and the Fantasy dance group was really amazing

I thought for a relaxation oriented resort, there needn't be too many activities happening so for me it was more than enough. Some pool activities in the afternoon for like hskf an hour to an hour

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

It's a really good hotel and a very good team in this hotel I'm really coming back to this hotel. The quality of the food here is excellent.

They held tables for us, got us drinks and checked on us the entire time. We met the 2 lovely people who promote the hammam on site, and had a laugh with them every time we saw them

Very hilly steep climb from reception to restaurants and pools. Also big climb from beach back. Shuttle bus should operate all time but doesn’t. If you want to go anywhere it’s a taxi ride quite expensive

I will agree the walking can take its toll, but there is the yellow bus to help - although we were always going in the other direction! From the bad reviews we saw before coming, it is like chalk and cheese

The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day

Rested from June 10 to June 20 (two pairs),I liked everything, the kitchen is gorgeous, the sea was warm and our beach is wonderful, rooms are quite good, drinks are different, but you need to ask what you want, there is almost everything

Just a few kilometres from the Greek island of Kos, it offers beautiful, open sea views that immediately set a calm and expansive tone

The restaurant waiting staff don’t bother with you unless you’re German so that’s a 1 star as it’s very poor, the attitude and disrespect of the majority of them is ridiculous especially when you’ve paid to holiday at the hotel, one of the waiting staff accidentally dropped an entire tray of drinks on a child and stood there laughing, the supervisor had to tell him off

They are the 5 stars for the hotel, the hotel its self is very clean and I can give 5 stars for the cleanliness. The food is a 3 star to be honest as the food is repetitive and the same every day no change in 11 days

The supervising waiting staff in the restaurant red shirts are a 5 star for the hotel also. Overall I’d recommend for families and definitely come back but I say it’s more a 3/4 star hotel

The entertainment crew are absolutely brilliant especially Anastasia, Billy and Rashid they made the experience amazing for the kids and were super friendly and always happy… I’d definitely recommend for them alone

i would suggest to hotel to make it a 3 hour dinner slot and for not to have the food so spread out there was no flow to the restaurant. However we did overall have a good holiday, pools were good snack bars were good

Great hotel loved it so much. It is huge and the water park is so family friendly and staff are so kind.

This beautiful hotel boasts plenty of secluded spots with sofas, tables, and benches. Guests are mostly adults, not looking for entertainment or traditional beach activities

We had an amazing stay at Jiva Beach Resort Fethiye. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations

We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks

It's not a huge resort but that's not a bad thing as there's not too much walking and there is always a bar close by. Beds and pillow are firm and you can ask them to put a foam layer on top of the mattress which helps

I had an amazing stay at AQI Hydros Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained

From pool games to evening shows, their enthusiasm and creativity kept us entertained every day. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it made a big difference in our overall experience

Onur was particularly great with the kids, always engaging them in fun activities, while Halid’s dance sessions and humor brought so much life to the evenings

Location of hotel is right on the seaside, service is excellent, personal is friendly, helpful, supportive. The kitchen is rich and everybody will get what he or she wants

My husband booked this hotel and I was a little scared after reading the reviews. Honestly don’t believe the reviews and be put of,people have their own opinions or it could be to put the resort down

The downside is that they do not explain anything and you just figure out yourself. Our rooms were cleaned daily!!towels where also changed and bottles of water,drinks where stored in the fridge in our rooms

Food, depends on everyone's taste we really enjoyed and tried as much Turkish options. Dry red and white acceptable, spirits only in the evening ,vodka , gin,tequila and whiskey

Lots and lots of things to do, places to go. Rooms are big, pools clean, and restaurants delicious

There is alot of uphill and down hill walking and with little children it wasn't easy. To go from the children's aqua park to the children's playground area was a good 10 min walk uphill

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the break. The only thing which we didn't know was the amount of walking that needed to be done do get to the places we went to

Also the aircon wasn't cold at all. the breeze outside was better than the inside

However, this hotel urgently needs a major cleaning, as the bathrooms and floors are full of rust, dust and limestone spots

Well the resort/hôtel is beautiful. Lots of pools,restaurants, entertainment(concerts etc. The design is lovely, many gardens and trees, its clean and staff is in general efficient

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

The reception staff were not welcoming or approachable and didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. We did speak to public relations who were much more helpful and couldn’t do enough for us

The gluten free bread was difficult to get every morning and almost inedible and I gave up asking. The hotel is tired in places but we heard there was some work to be undertaken over the winter

Our rooms were cleaned beautifully but the towels were thin and well used. The beach towels were like rags and definitely needed replacing. There were a lot of broken sunbeds too

Wonderful animations and evening activities. Very good food and a large selection in the restaurant. The only downside was that the bartenders did not speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult

We stayed at Ephesia as a group of four (actually five 🤰) in May, and it was beautiful. A great hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Plenty of opportunities to spend time and a wide choice of pools

Pleasantly surprised! Excellent resort. We went on a last-minute trip without too many expectations and came back with smiles on our faces and wonderful memories

I recommend and would return. Transfer: I would recommend a private transfer because the airport is far from hotels

The resort is quite secluded with nothing much in close vicinity so if you want to go exploring then it may not be for you. The pool and the aqua park are great and my kids loved it

We only stayed for 6 nights and that was enough, if we stayed longer, I would have been tired of the food choices by then and even though we got a taxi out to Manavgat which only takes about 20mins, there was no nice restaurants there either but the Green Lake in the centre is beautiful

Hair braiding is a big thing here but DO NOT get it done in the hotel, they wanted to charge my 9yr old 50 euros for half her head and it only cost 25euros across the road

What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff — especially Numan. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready with a friendly smile

A special highlight is the Cafe Mandarin downstairs, which quickly became the favourite spot for coffee, cakes and a quiet break – it feels like a little café world of its own inside the hotel, perfect for recharging before the next activity

The food is on a completely different level: the sheer variety, the consistent quality and the fact that there are options at almost any time of day make it very hard to ever feel hungry here

In my opinion it is a decent 4 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel. I was told that the company only took over the hotel in January 2025 and they are in the process of updating the rooms, but I can't verify this either way

Staff were friendly and helpful Food is generally good and plentiful-you won't go hungry Bars (lobby, pool, beach) drinks are good including named brands Main pool is of a good size and there were plenty of sunbeds (bear in mind it was October and not August) The slide is fun at the main pool but not always open

That said the hotel will arrange a Taxi (approx 15 Euro) if you need one. There are cats and dogs at the hotel which are looked after and will wander in and out especially by the main restaurant

I have travelled to Turkey on many occasions and stayed at some fantastic hotels. The Selectum Collection doesn't quite live up to these, but to be fair it is a nice hotel and well worth a trip if the price is right

It is situated in quite a remote place, but there are regular buses for 70 TL into Bodrum. Although Turgutreis is nearer and in my opinion a bit nicer than Bodrum, there are only limited buses which is a shame

Many thanks to Service Manager Sedat Bey, who worked hard for us to have a good vacation with his attention and smile in the mornings. As for food and drinks, it's one of the best in the area with exceptional flavors

Also in last years concept the French and Turkish Restaurants were free to use but not this year. The free use of the other restaurants once a week was always a big attraction in previous years

The 24/7 restaurant is a real world cuisine stop. The pastries at the Sunday buffet were amazing, our favorite being the cheesecake. We really thank and congratulate Ali Usta

The food in the main restaurant was probably the best I’ve tasted in all my visits. Last year at this time Traces was open and it was a shame it wasn’t this year

The all inclusive aspect at the golf club now is a great aspect to a golf holiday

The Estela 24 hrs A la carte is very good and Eyup, our waiter really took care of us on each visit. We loved the Fuego A la carte as well waiters and the chef who prepared our food provided great entertainment

The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was varied and tasty, with something for everyone at each meal

We stayed at Justiniano Club Alanya at the end of October – beginning of November, and it was an amazing family holiday! Even though it was the end of the season, everything was well-organized — the hotel was clean, the territory beautiful, and the atmosphere very friendly

We vacationed in mid-October, and the weather was beautiful. The hotel is located on the seafront, the grounds are large and very green. There are many families with children

The sea was warm, and the beach was well maintained. We especially liked the animation team — they created a cheerful mood for everyone, even at the end of the season

The food is typical for an all-inclusive concept: there’s enough variety, though nothing fancy. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but lunches and dinners were good – meat, fish, fresh vegetables, and fruits

I did Pilates each morning at Gloria Golf wellness area and the Pilates teacher was fabulous! I then had breakfast at Serenity 24/7 and loved the salmon, avocado & poached egg hollandaise on a waffle! The menu was more sophisticated at Serenity, we also preferred the choice at Serenity buffet for dinner

Almost every year, we visit Gloria Serenity or Gloria Golf, and I can say that these are our favourite hotels in the Antalya region. This year, we chose Gloria Golf. The hotel underwent a complete renovation this season

The evening shows were great at the Arena and we were lucky to see Shimza at G-Venture while we were there and it was a great light, music & dance extravaganza. My son loved the burgers at Route 66

The available smart application is convenient, but it cannot be used to unlock the rooms themselves without using the cards. As always, the service itself is at a high level everywhere

All good. Good staff, good food, food Enterteinment. Animation for kids also good. Swimming pool good. Highly recommended. Mehmet from Guests relations help us all time!

Turquaz grill was a great place for lunch and we had a great A La Carte dinner there one night - so much food. The Reggae band at Gloria pub was also a fun night
