The is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff work really hard and are super friendly ready to help. Buffet food was great. Amazing pools and sun beds available. Beach was amazing. Can’t fault anything and would recommend to others.

The hotel was nice, quite large but nice. The food was good and almost every day was something special. Wife was fond various cakes. Cleaning was every day. It was my second time there. I liked everything.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the beach, there is a bus service. The food is delicious. The indoor pool, sauna, and hammam are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are many shops around. 95% of guests are from Germany, mostly older. The sea in November is already cold, you can sunbathe.

Perfect hotel, 1 hour from the airport, always clean and tidy, great facilities, super animators, excellent food and drinks... the beach is not as close as it was promoted by agency, but never mind, really nice walk anyway. The only problem was the sea/beach area. You can only use 1/3 of the area coz of huge rocks and altogether with waves could be pretty dangerous. There is even a sign not to enter...

Lovely people and very welcoming despite not much english people they treated me as one of their own got some stuff for the family the food and entertainment was good tried some other foods I didn't know about whilst here. I really loved this 5-star hotel. It was great to have Chinese-speaking staff, especially being in a foreign country. The front desk even upgraded my room to a deluxe king-sized bed for free! It was so comfortable staying there alone, I'm very satisfied.

Booked this hotel for a short weekend break 2 nights. Hotel is lovely and room is nice, but had so many issues from day 1. Day 1 issues: Air con not working 2 technicians came to fix the problem but it wasn’t fixed and could not sleep because it was so hot. Shower not working had to call maintenance to fix problem. Just spend one week in orka Lotus beach hotel and I’m very, very satisfied… Great location, lovely atmosphere,delicious food and views made a huge impression on me and my family, rooms very comfortable and clean with A/C. The best part of our experience was getting assisted by Mr. Ömür Sonmez who made our stay very enjoyable and he was able to accommodate our requests and do even more than expected. The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

Wow, what can I say about this hotel? The food is amazing, with lots of choices. The Turkish night was beautiful. The snack bar had a few options, but it was worth it. For the price, everything was fine.

The rooms are really soundproofed, price performance is good. The air is very pleasant with the old carpet on the floors but it could be cleaner.

Staff members were welcoming and respectful. Towels were changed everyday and beds make. However, on arrival we could smell cigarette smoke in the room for hours. So we were forced to open the windows for hours. The room was never hoovered until the 4th day.

The hotel has a nice territory with a good pool and a lovely beach. The entertainment team was great, especially Chef Bekir – he did an amazing job getting everyone involved.
