My trip was in October, it was the third time here. We quickly got to the room and were able to enjoy the rest. It was felt that the season was coming to an end, the animation was very weak, there were a lot of people, mostly Russians and the problems that arose from it. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The rooms are clean and the staff everywhere is incredible. Especially our assistant Ebru Tazefidan made our stay even more special. The hotel is not bad. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. It's hard to find a free spot near the pool. The food is good; feeding a 10-year-old wasn't difficult. The water park is excellent, but finding sun loungers is a challenge. The food is okay. The entertainment programs focus exclusively on Europe and Turkey. The children's entertainment is good.

This is the one of the best hotels where I was. Distances are short, but area is big enough. All the time I can find comfortable free spaces at the beach, pool, messhall. I can easy reach every point with stoller. Guest relations solve any inqury easy, peaceful.

The perfect environment for a family to spend time together, the place is wonderful and clean. The perfect halal place that we didn't know that we can find ever. The hosting is great and respectful. Lots of activities for the kids we never get bored ! We can spend the whole summer here .

Amazing place, halal environment, very good location. Hospitality at it’s best. Truly all inclusive food and they would be pleased to feed you. This is our second time family visit of this resort 7 years apart and they improved a lot. Daily two shows makes it perfect place for families. Our first visit to this Hotel.Large and nice hotel. The beach was nice with clear water but not child-friendly as it gets deep after just a couple of meters into the water. Lovely place. Had soo much fun there. The staffs are so helpful and kind. The food was amazing and well seasoned. My family and I had such an amazing time. The Spa was absolutely the best!!! It's a big hotel with a lot of various food. The atmosphere is good for business and relaxation. The location is not far away from small tourism toens. The hotel is calm for big events, and I loved 80 and 90 parties.. The personal is hard working and respectful.
