We had a fantastic stay at Sunis Efes Royal Palace. From start to finish the staff were welcoming and attentive, creating such a friendly atmosphere. My mother and sister just came back from holiday and this hotel. When we first booked it we were very excited to be there as it looked amazing on pictures on their website but reality is different. On the check in day we already had problem with reception as they gave us "upgrade" from our booked main building junior suite sea view to family room, same view. Excellent hotel and staff,everthing is perfect!

From the reception to the valet to the security all honest down to earth people. Spent 5 nights at this hotel and I have complaints. Most of them speak English, Arabic, Turkish & Kurdish. And they have great recommendations for local foods and landmarks.

The is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff work really hard and are super friendly ready to help. Buffet food was great. Amazing pools and sun beds available. Beach was amazing. Can’t fault anything and would recommend to others.
