The hotel clearly caters mainly to Russian guests – other nationalities are a small minority. Unfortunately, the staff seems to allow them to do whatever they want. All sunbeds are “reserved” with towels early in the morning, food is taken from the restaurant to the pool and left everywhere, and no one from the staff intervenes. The hotel is very well positioned and offers very beautiful views. Everything is very clean. the food is very good, the imported drinks are free and it has a nice aqua park. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were impressed from check in to check out, cleanliness and quality of rooms, pool area, restaurant area. For a hotel what is so big and busy it’s really hard to try and pick fault. Already rebooked October 26 & 27!

One of the best features of the hotel is its food - from the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner and a'la cart. Food options are very diverse and everything is very tasty. Also, there is a number of options for those on various diets. What is more, the personnel of the hotel is very nice and always ready to help!

Lot of place without people just dry towels. I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ? Towels and nobody !! The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless. I've stayed in many high-end, famous hotels, but I've never seen staff who are so dedicated and perform their jobs so exceptionally well. Hats off to them!
