Lot of place without people just dry towels. I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ? Towels and nobody !! Lot of people put them towels and go in the beach or I don’t know where. Lot of people also put towels in two or three transats and me and my family don’t have where to sit this must be forbidden 🚫 For the rest the Hotel is very good for family and kids

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless. I've stayed in many high-end, famous hotels, but I've never seen staff who are so dedicated and perform their jobs so exceptionally well. Hats off to them!

In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize would be the desserts. The quality and taste of cakes and desserts could be improved.

We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. Visited Voyage Sorgun in August (our second visit to a voyage hotel) and had a lovely time! However we did have to change our bungalow (we were put at the back overlooking a road!). Out of all of your staff we thought reception were the least helpful. The kids loved the holiday - lots of facilities and ice cream and drinks on tap straight to your sunbed and fantastic WiFi ! We were very pleased with our stay. The food and service were beyond praise, just like in the best restaurants. No complaints whatsoever. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. However, the rooms and common areas are long overdue for renovation.

We stayed here 17th sept for 1 week, on arrival we got upgraded and wow, what a beautiful room. It was kept very clean daily. The beds were comfy! The gardens are very beautiful. Went to Turkey in October with my friend to armas pemar beach had a great time loads to do. Food was really nice Outside the hotel over the road you had plenty of shops to explore. The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any problems we had Will definitely ruturn

I really enjoyed my time here, there were no problems with cleanliness during my almost two-week vacation. Cleaning was regular, although there were times when the outdoor toilet door or the elevator broke down, so they were out of order for a while. However, problems were usually quickly fixed, the employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and usually asked about the guests' well-being and experiences...

It was a nice stay experience, including the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were a bit neglected and the food variety was limited.

We were very pleased and extended it for 3 more days. I was most pleased with the cleanliness, food and service here.
