The hotel's heated outdoor pools are fantastic, perfect for a winter holiday with kids. The atmosphere is warm and the staff were extremely attentive.

In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize would be the desserts. The quality and taste of cakes and desserts could be improved.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb. Our room was spacious and clean, the pool area has plenty of room and there is lots going on to keep adults and children entertained. We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. We’ve been to Turkey many times but this was the best dinner we have ever had in Turkey. 10 out of 5 stars for us, when we come back to Sunis we will definitely go and have dinner at the Aztek Mexicano. We chose this hotel because it also had a playground for kids where activities were supposed to be held. We were very disappointed, the playground was disgusting, I even tried to wipe so my daughter can stay but they went black and couldn't take all dirt off. Went there for 10 nights with family and friends the hotel is good but location it's not nice. The restaurant waiter they don't care about customer and food was expired they saved old food and its smells .taste bad as well we made a complaint .even we prove it to chef and manager as well and they check the food it's smelly and they did apologize to us.
