We stayed at this hotel in Istanbul on May 4th, and we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, with everything nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
What impressed us the most was the amazing staff. A special thank you to Izzet and Mehmet Can — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Mehmet and Yalçın were also wonderful and made us feel very welcome at all times.
Their hospitality truly made a difference and turned our trip into a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The double-glazed windows are very poor, and noise insulation is bad. There's a mosque nearby, so be aware that you'll hear the morning prayers at 5 AM. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are quite dated. The taps are noisy, and you can hear when neighbors turn on their water throughout the stack.

I guess they give you a bad room if you book through Agoda. The room had an odor. The soundproofing was terrible. There's construction right next door, so anyone going soon should be aware. The location, however, is excellent, right next to Galataport.

The hotel and the services and the restaurant are perfect, but the problem I faced is that they don’t turn AC on at this time of the year (March and April), I had to open the window which is next to a building that is under structure and it’s too much noisy.

Hotel location is perfect, step away from Bosfor and Galata Port. Enjoyed rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Near to bus and tram stations. Hotel staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. And the guy name Shamir, who introduced himself as Owner of the hotel is very rude and aggressive. He doesn't respect his customers. My business partner came at 7 evening to my room, but he told me I need his documents, otherwise he will call police. He could just explain politely and in a nice way.
Also no need to pay extra for partial sea view room, as I did. Better to choose simple room, as view not that good.

The service was acceptable; however, the rooms are very small and not suitable for two guests. Additionally, the front desk team and their system were quite slow. Check-in took a long time, and they were unable to locate the booking by name, having to search through all reservations using the reservation number to find the room.

I went for the cafe, never knew there was a hotel or smth. Anyway, the breakfast was delicious and not overpriced, the Bazlama was juicy and not too heavy for a breakfast. The Meneman and the fries were just so right but i ordered a Flat White but they got me a Cappuccino! They were so lovely though and i enjoyed it💖💖

My husband and I are currently visiting Istanbul and stumbled across this lovely cafe within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. We both got the cheese omelet and it was so delicious!! Very reasonably priced at around 800 Turkish lira for the both of us. Everything even down to the honey and the butter were so fresh and tasted great. Definitely recommend for a quick bite in the morning

We’ve been in Istanbul for five days. This was the best breakfast—authentic Turkish breakfast recommended by a local. It’s on a super cute street under a canopy of umbrellas. We highly recommend!

Very loud on weekends, hard to sleep because of the music from bars around. Room is nice but they barely clean the rooms when you request it. Location is convenient if you don’t worry about the noise on weekends.
