The hotel has a good location but that’s the only point it has. Reception crew are rude and unresponsive. Rooms are without windows. Ridiculous.

The hotel's location was excellent, with excellent access to public transportation. The hotel staff worked hard to ensure the traveler's utmost satisfaction. Despite the hotel's excellent location, the hotel itself has some shortcomings. I think it needs major renovation and repairs. There was no due diligence in cleaning and housekeeping of the rooms. The hotel breakfast was extremely poor. The passenger was entitled to one bottle of drinking water per day, which I think was very, very little. Of course, I had some major criticisms that I conveyed to the hotel manager, and they tried to fix them, but either they did not have enough authority to make major changes or they provided a specific justification. Overall, anyone who books this hotel should book just for a place to sleep.

I checked in at Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel and Ufuk and his team took great care of me. They didn’t just do the minimum—they went above and beyond. The room was clean, quiet, and well-stocked. When I got hungry, they recommended some amazing food spots nearby. This place is perfect for tourists since everything is close by.

Good location, but my stay was disappointing.
The double room I had booked was not available at check-in, and I was told to share a king-size bed with a colleague, despite my confirmed reservation.

After a small fall in the street, a minor cut caused a few blood stains on the bedsheets. Housekeeping did not change the sheets the next day, even though they were visibly stained, and only replaced them the day before I left.

At checkout, I was shown a photo of the sheets and pressured into paying 20 euros because the stains “did not come out in the laundry.” I had already explained what had happened, and the situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially as it could have been avoided if the sheets had been changed promptly.

There were also smaller issues, such as only one used bath towel being available on one of the days, and a very limited breakfast for the extra cost charged.

I contacted the management afterwards but received no reply.
Despite its good location, I would not stay here again.

I stayed at Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel in early November and, although the location is excellent, several issues made my experience quite disappointing. First, the double room I had booked through my travel agency was not available at check-in, despite the confirmed reservation. I was told that the king-size bed “would not be a problem,” which forced me to share a bed with a colleague. Not ideal. During my stay, I had a small fall in the street which caused a minor cut. That night, a little blood stained the bedsheets. I expected housekeeping to replace them the following day, as is standard. However, the stained sheets were not changed on the next day and remained on the bed for an additional night, only being replaced the day before my departure. At checkout, the person handling my departure showed me a photo of the sheets and informed me that the laundry had not been able to remove the stains. Although I calmly explained what had happened, I was asked “how we would solve this problem” and pressured into paying 20 euros for a sheet, while I was on my way to the airport. This approach felt uncomfortable and highly unprofessional. There were also smaller issues: on one of the days, there was only one bath towel available in the room, already used, and the breakfast offered very limited variety considering the extra cost of 10 euros. I tried contacting hotel management afterwards to share my concerns privately, but received no reply. Overall, despite its good location, the quality of service and the way sensitive situations were handled mean that I would not choose this hotel again nor recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful experience at Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed.

A special mention to the owner, Özlem, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and genuine care for guests truly made a difference and created a welcoming atmosphere.

I would also like to thank Ufuk, who was extremely helpful with everything during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent assistance at all times.

The location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Exceptional service, great value, and a personal touch that sets it apart from the rest.

I stayed at Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Beşiktaş, close to public transport, cafes, and the ferry. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant. Overall, it’s a great option

Staff were excellent, always smiling and attentive and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities expected of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate. There was a large variety of options and the quality was very good. The location of the hotel was excellent, very near the Bosphorus where we could jump on a boat and cross over to the other side or go on a tour of the Bosphorus. There are also a number of top attractions nearby, like the Dolmabahce Palace and Yildiz Saray. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Istanbul on a short break.
