good and nice new hotel. The staff is really excellent. (special thanks to the receptionist who arranges the early breakfast). The location is very good: not a long way from the main atractions by walking, and only 6 stations if you want to travel by tramway. ( the station of tramway is next to the hotel). There are a lot of shops and magazines around of the hotel. The cleanliness is perfect. The bed is comfy.

Laleli is a very good hotel for my location. Public transportation is very close, clean and safe. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They have provided a safe family environment where you can stay with your family. Thank you to Manors Hotel and its staff.

Normal. Nothing super cool.. location is normal. The whole family liked the breakfasts. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good

I stayed at this hotel with a group because it was part of my tour; it was a huge disappointment for everyone, because a 4-star hotel that doesn't even have a lobby is truly overrated. The small rooms may be okay, but the cleanliness is absolutely non-existent. My bathroom wasn't cleaned for two days, with shoe prints in the shower, and no hand towels when I returned—a real shame. I don't recommend it, not to mention the breakfast, which is limited in choice and poor in quality.

Perfect location, 25 min walk to major attractions. The most friendly staff, especially Mohammet, Abdurenman and Mert. They will make reservations and arrange taxis for you. The room was beautiful! Nice large windows, spacious. Rainfall shower head. Complementary breakfast was normal, mediocre. The bathroom smelled every night for some reason (sewage issue? Unsure) we booked our stay the night of arrival as we had to change hotels. It was a saving grace. Can’t recommend staying here enough, especially for the price.
