I stayed at Bender Hotel for 4 nights and had a very positive experience. It’s a cozy, smaller hotel that feels more like staying in a beautifully decorated multi-story house than a typical hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and they look exactly like in the photos. The staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel safe and welcome. The hotel is truly great value for money and the breakfast buffet, while smaller, offers a good variety and quality.
Although there is no elevator and the lower floor can be slightly louder, it didn’t bother us. The staff were very attentive and even offered us a room on a higher floor when one was available. I didn’t experience anything that stood out as negative. The hotel delivers exactly what it promises, and I never felt misled by the photos or description. While it’s not a five-star luxury hotel, it offers excellent value and comfort for its category.

Quite cheap and convenient stay walking distance from Blue mosque. There is IST airport shuttle stop nearby and some nice restaurants as well. No lift, but great views from the 3rd floor. Plain, but good breakfast

Ferhat checked us in. He was very polite and friendly, brought our luggage to the room. Room by the way was the best room we had so far in Türkiye. Even better than the Taksim square hotel and a few others like Balturk in Izmit, Cave hotel in Cappadocia.
Beautiful room decor, excellent bed, mattress and bed sheets. Aykut also helped us out during our stay. He was also a real nice guy. Overall experience was very positive 👍. Value for money

This hotel was the perfect choice for my stay in Istanbul. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Fatih, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the tram.
What I loved most was the view from my room. Waking up and seeing the sea directly from the window made the stay unforgettable. It felt like having a private postcard view every morning.
Breakfast was another highlight, always fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of local flavors to enjoy before heading out. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

I recommend warmly this hotel. Our room is spacious and I really appreciate it's style. The staff is super and they kindly answer to questions when we need help during our stay.

I was guest in one hotel nearby several years ago. I wanted to stay there again but I opted for Bender hotel because of lower price and I happy with it because the stay here is far better.
Concerning the location in my opinion it is one of the best for tourists. The main attractions are very close and accessible by foot or several metro stations. Additionally the streets are illuminated during the night so we feel comfortable to get back at any time

Cozy boutique hotel in just 5-10 min walk to main locations. Breakfast was good (not like 5* but enough before long lasting day). Only small minus - it might be a loudly a little outside (due to location and dozens of restaurants with tourists). But overall I would recommend, extremely good for affordable price, spacious room and excellent location. What else do you need?

There's no privacy in the hotel.
The rooms are close to reception, and the TV is very old.

The hotel smells really bad, i had to buy lots of room odors to be able to breath in the room. They do not know the meaning of cleaning - dust all over, i had to clean all the shelves myself to put my clothes on. And, there is no way you can sleep until 3-4 in the morning when everything closes, as the windows are good for nothing and the noise is way too much. The person that did the cleaning was doing things random, like one day she washed the coffee cups ( but didn`t refill with coffee, water and sugar, i had to go to the reception for that), the next day she just ignored them. Didn`t refill the toilet paper, mostly nothing. I noticed some other guests said that the breakfast was diversified from one day to next - 3 days in a row i had the exact same things. The only thing good about this hotel is the location, as it is very close to most attractions in the city.

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina
