I am thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. The bedding was dirty in all the rooms we checked, there was mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. When we brought these serious issues to the owner’s attention, they were completely unwilling to address or fix any of these problems. The lack of basic cleanliness and functioning amenities, combined with the owner’s poor attitude toward guest concerns, made this an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Very cool hotel. Close to the center.
Especially pleasant was the attentiveness to guests from the administrator Salem, who regularly helped us with various questions during check-in, stay and check-out, exceeding our expectations.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lively neighborhood, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was good though bo breakfast, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic if you enjoy being in the heart of the action, with plenty of attractions nearby and very close to tram and metro stations. However, being in such a popular area meant it was a bit noisy, especially during the evenings and early mornings where local businesses knew no rest. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. That said, the quaint room more than made up for the noise.

In general, I would consider this residence as an under-average hotel (maximium 2 stars). The problem is that the image you see in booking websites is different from the reality. Our room was smaller than the website's picture. Furthermore, the WiFi internet connection was very slow, in a way that it failed to download simple reels on Instagram. I have to say that the personells' behavior was very good, polite and helpful, and I'm totally satisfied with it, however, as an international hotel, the ability of hotel staff in speaking English was really poor. Only one person there could communicate in English. As a hotel, if the breakfast had been offered or at least a meal, it would have been better. Moreover, the hotel is well-connected to main Istanbul touristic places.
