I stayed at Şah Hotel for three days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, located in a great area, and the price is very affordable. A special thanks to the receptionist from Turkmenistan, she was extremely supportive, friendly, and made my stay even better. I truly recommend this hotel 100%!

Forever grateful to have met the kindest sweetest lady: AKHDJA. Front desk reception. Quite Good English, fluent Russian. She has made our stay very special and pleasant. 5-stars just to HER! Hotel itself was ok, shabby but comfortable, not fancy but ok price for short stay. FATIH area had mostly locals around and very busy. Food cheap and delicious. Sheets were clean, no bugs, tea and water available and a sweet smile at all times. AKHDJA deserves a special star for her open heart and generosity. THANKS AGAIN, sweet lady, from two Canadian ladies.

The hotel was chosen based on its proximity to the airport stop. In addition, the tram stop for trips to attractions and ferries is close. The hotel is not new, but everything works, there is hot water, as well as soap and shower gel. There is a refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was no kettle, or at least a cooler at the reception, or a glass. But overall, the hotel is good for a layover in Istanbul.

I have never had a bad and unclean hotel, the bed sheet had hairs on it, chips on the floor and I had allergies from the ticks bites in bed

I had an amazing stay
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was perfect, close to major attractions. The hotel also offers great value for money with reasonable prices for the quality of service and amenities. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!"

When I booked a double room, I was given a room that was similar to a shared room, the room was too hot, and the heater and air conditioning didn't work properly, I was really disappointed.
