The room is very nice and pretty much in a nice district. However doesn’t have any window and quiet small.

Overall, the hotel is clean and cozy. The room is large, even on the -1 floor. The soundproofing is so-so. The reception staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, and they speak many languages. Breakfast is across the street from the hotel, in a different building. The most important thing is that the area is on a hill, so be prepared for taxis to this place to be twice as expensive.

There were no towels in the rooms. We went as a group of three and there was only one pair of towels. Even though I asked for them in the morning, they still didn't provide them. The same thing happened with the TV. Apparently, there was no room service anyway. There was a problem with the room. The alarm went off at night. The adjacent rooms made abnormal noise late at night. Even though I told the system to keep it away from the elevator, they gave me a room right next to the elevator. My wife and son experienced a complete disgrace. When we told the reception about our problems, we were met with rude and rude behavior. It was a complete disgrace!!!!!!!!! I will never buy a hotel from a website again, even if it was free. Maybe a plane ticket.

A very nice little hotel, I stayed for a week and I found it very good and close to all the amenities to visit and the grand bazaar

Everything is good i like the guest service The only problem is that breakfast is not included cause this destination has nothing good for breakfast .

Location is a bit hard to reach. Need to hike going to the main road, not stroller friendly. Room is spacious and nice but the water heater is very difficult to control. The reception told me I cannot check out at 12 but the confirmation from here said check out is before 12 so it is pretty much annoying.

Friendly staff, funny room in the Baroque style - near-Baroque. Newly renovated. The bathroom is so freshly renovated that it's as if I were the first guest. There is an elevator. Blackout curtains. Comfortable bed. (Room on the 2nd floor of building 2).

Good location. 400 m from the Chamberlitage tram stop of line T1. Walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar. 5-minute walk to the Shock grocery store.

Cons:
Very thin walls. When they turn on the TV and sing in the next room - they are singing in your room, when they talk on the phone at 1 a.m. - they are talking in your room. All 3 days of my stay I had to ask, and then blink to calm the neighbors down.

My request to move me was not fulfilled.

The wall tiles on the floor in the bathroom are slippery and dangerous.
