The service was terrible, zero. When we asked for towels, they offered daily towels and spoke to us very disrespectfully.

Overall, I can only say positive things. The location was simply fantastic! We were less than a minute's walk from Istiklal Caddesi. We were in a very central location, and everything was very easy to reach.
The hotel is located in an alley with many restaurants.
The cleanliness was excellent; it was cleaned every day. The room was small, but it was more than enough for us. The bathroom was also great; everything was there, but the sink was very small; you had to bend down to avoid dripping on the floor, but despite that, everything was perfect.
The service was excellent! Especially the staff, Cumur Abi, who gave us lots of tips and helpful information, but the other two staff members were also so helpful and extremely accommodating.
I can honestly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great location. Near the metro station and bus stops. A pedestrian street with shops and cafes is a 2-minute walk away. One downside: the room was very humid. We booked a corner room for an extra fee, which has lots of windows. The windows turned out to be unbearable, as everyone looked out onto the windows of neighboring buildings. It was very noisy in the evenings from the cafe on the ground floor, but the customers usually quieted down by 11 PM.

This hotel is near to 2 subways and the Decathlon store. I've been there for 2 nights with friends. They have friendly, kind, and supportive staff. There're ready to help you in any way they can. I'm not native in English but in my experience, they can speak English very well. Our room was really small, but it was clean. It wasn't so bright and had lamps around the room. So it couldn't get as bright as I want. I enjoyed staying there and looking forward to booking it for my next trip. 😀
