Stayed here for 3 nights (Sep 24–27) with my family. The hotel is quite old — even the curtain rails were broken. Breakfast was honestly a joke, especially if you come a bit late (still 45 minutes before closing). There were just a few bread slices, some cold salads, and a bit of honey and cheese — nothing replenished. When my wife asked for Turkish coffee, they said no, but served it to others who came after us.
Location is decent — about a 10–15 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. But the room we got had small windows near the floor that can be easily opened by toddlers, which is a serious safety risk. Please just screw them shut to avoid accidents.
Overall, this hotel needs a lot of improvement.

We stayed 9 nights in oban suites, the owner was so kind and helpful, there was a breakfast included with limited options,

Stayed for 4 nights end of April '25 and can recommend the Oban Suites. Great location just beyond the 'Food Street' and a 5 min walk from the tram, 10 from the Grand Bazaar and 20 from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Very friendly staff that will help with tips and reservations. Breakfast has more than enough on offer and varies slightly day by day. Familiair atmosphere. The room we had was spacious. Interior maybe a bit dated but more importantly clean and warm. The showers are spacious too and the beds are comfortable. Thanks to Oban Suites for a nice stay! Earplugs recommended due to the busy and lively street life.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the treatment of customers is magnificent, the woman who works here, Fátima, is very nice, cheerful, she makes your mornings very enjoyable. If you don't know the language apart from the fact that they speak English perfectly, they adapt to you. The hotel is familiar, cozy, perfect for coming with the family. They offer breakfast, and if you want to do an activity, they have them all in catalogues, they make reservations, when you book with them the transportation is free. I highly recommend this Hotel. I have been here for a week and if I returned to Türkiye, I would not hesitate to book at this hotel.

The hotel is well located, close to the big bazaar and certain tourist spots. Cleaning was done every day and towels changed daily. Breakfast is the same every day. The only problem is with the parking, you have to park the car in another location and it's not really cheap (€20 per day), the owners are very helpful. I recommend. We will definitely come back!

This was the first time we travelled to Turkey and the first time we have stayed in a apartment. Had such an amazing stay here with great views for breakie on the rooftop. Lovely traditional breakfast, great hospitality, warm welcomes and always willing to help. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.

They were very cooperative and kind, they helped us when we had questions about how we get to certain places and many other things. The only thing we had a problem with is that the elevator doesn’t start from the first level.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
We booked a room with four beds (couple + 2 children) and a small kitchenette for 3 nights. The property is conveniently located—just 10 minutes from the Blue Mosque, etc.—but the building is dilapidated, and the room and bathroom are old and dirty. In three days, our room was never tidied or cleaned, nor were the beds made by the staff. From the photos on the website and the reviews, we expected a completely different service. The cost of the rooms per night was DISPROPORTIONATE compared to the service. Not recommended.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was nice and clean, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. But i gave 3 stars for the following:-
1- Taxi cannot reach the hotel before 9 pm which made us carry our bags to the hotel for 6 minutes walking.
2- The room’s walls and door are not soundproof as i hear everything happens outside my room which woke me up in the middle of night every single day.
3- Our queen bed was just 2 single beds combined together which was not that comfortable.
Good luck finding a taxi taking you back to the hotel in the afternoon
