We had a family vacation. After the road, the hammam and pool were a welcome relief. The staff was excellent. The hotel was superb.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and unforgettable. YusufHan and team at the front desk were incredible and made me feel welcomed from the very first moment. The luggage staff were so helpful, the kitchen staff were wonderful, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and comfortable every day. What truly stood out is how everyone went above and beyond in every possible way, from calling taxis to helping me search for my lost glasses. Every single person had a genuine smile and such a kind heart. The level of hospitality here is truly special and I am so grateful for this experience. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone I know.

We had a great stay at the Grand Makel Hotel. The staff is very professional, responsive, and friendly. Services such as cleaning are quick and complete. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and is well cooked, making having the breakfast in the morning a pleasant activity.
For parking, the hotel has valet parking. The staff was quick in getting us out car when needed.
The only takes I have are about the thermostat in the room I stayed in (Room 901), as it seemed it was not working properly. It got too hot in our room one night. In addition, the shower door was not closing properly, causing water to spread in the bathroom when taking a shower. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

I'm sorry, but it has nothing to do with five-star hotels... the room cleaning is poor, if not nonexistent; the floor is dirty and full of dust... especially in the corners; used, dirty, and wet towels folded and put back to be used; beds and pillows were changed when we asked; otherwise, they wouldn't.
The property is well-located for transportation, but there's a building next door, perhaps a factory, that makes too much noise, and unfortunately, you can hear it in the rooms.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing very helpful. The room was good but was dirty and you can see mold in the corners and dust on the floors. The breakfast was average did not have much that I liked.

We stayed at Grand Macau Topkapi Hotel and our experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out was genuinely amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the hospitality overall was impressive.
The room was clean, comfortable, and really well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and tidy. We also got the chance to use the pool which was lovely, and we tried the massage service as well, definitely recommended! It was relaxing and truly worth it.
