We stopped to have lunch randomly, the man owning it is very very nice. The food was delicious and the service quick, the price was indeed very good too. I totally recommend this place ! The street itself is calm, away from the crowned places.

More over. We booked and payed for B&B. Next morning they told us no we booked without breakfast.

All they care about is your money
The Air-conditioning didn’t work
The noise level is at night was high and we couldn’t sleep.

(Let's ignore the fact that it's rundown and the stove was covered up so we couldn't prepare anything there)
For two reasons:
1. The staff smokes inside the hotel and as a result the rooms smell of cigarettes. The owner also lets guests smoke inside.
2. The owner let's the reception staff clean the rooms. He does not hire a professional cleaner. There were several things leaking in the bathroom and we found a cigarette in the dirty toilet when we arrived.
The guys at the reception were really nice (with a minimum of English but ok).
The location is good if you're lucky enough to have a quiet room or come in the low season I guess?
But it's a big NO from us. Our lungs needed some time to recover after this hotel.

My booking had a technical error and i was placed in a female dorm. Not a private room. He refused to accommodate me unless i paid extra. I sat for 2 hours in his lobby making calls to Agoda to fix the issue myself. However he provided me 1 glass of tea so i will leave 2 stars.

Cozy, homey boutique hotel, 10 minutes walking distance to the heart of Taksim Square, Istiklal street. We stayed for a night at their King Room with Jacuzzi, to celebrate our belated 21st wedding anniversary combined with the coming St. Valentines Day. There was also a kitchen, kettle with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Wifi worked really good both in the room and open areas. We were served complimentary brewed tea as well. Run by a very friendly couple. We had a wholesome Turkish breakfast plate in the morning as well. Highly recommended ❤

Such an amazing place with super friendly owner, it could get a bit loud at night due to the live music, the service is incredible and the food is delicious.

Good location, nice staff, nice welcome with a Turkish coffee.
The major inconvenient is that the club downstairs kept us awake until 3 am on a Saturday and 1 am on the Sunday night with loud life music I have to mention that we are not light sleepers. My husband measured the noi e level on the phone and it was reading at 70 decibel in the room! If your room faces the entry side you are in big trouble like us.

Murad and every other single person working there make you feel like family. They are so caring it was like home away from home. From getting me a cab to serving me food late at night - they took care of it all. The food is delicious the place is comfortable and the hosts are absolutely the best. Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
