The Wolf Hotel Karakoy Hotel in Istanbul

Hello, I stayed at this hotel two months ago. I wish I hadn't come. No one would choose a hotel like this. When I wanted to check in, the night receptionist was asleep. I waited at the door until morning. When the managers arrived in the morning, I told them my reservation hadn't been made. When I checked the system, it showed that the money had been charged. They kept me waiting at the entrance for two hours. Since the managers didn't understand the system, they called one of their employees to help. He came and solved the problem. When I entered the room, I was met with a disgusting sight. The floors and bathroom were filthy. What a waste of money. The managers don't understand the system, so I won't say anything else.

We were generally happy with the room — it was clean and comfortable, and the stay itself was okay. However, I had a concerning experience that I feel future guests should be aware of.
One evening, I left my wallet in the hotel room. Unfortunately, while we were out one evening, someone attempted to use my card fraudulently. The unauthorized charges started before we even got back to the room, which was very concerning. When we returned, everything was still in place, including my card. I hadn’t used it anywhere else during the trip except to pay for the hotel, so I believe it’s likely that my card details were compromised during our stay.
The hotel’s security felt very lacking. The reception area was often empty, the main entrance door was left open at all hours, and there was easy access from the bar downstairs. It didn’t feel secure at all.
I can’t say for certain how or where my card was cloned, but this was the only place it had been used. The timing and lack of basic security make it hard to ignore. I’m sharing this so that other travelers are aware and can take extra precautions. The room may be fine, but the lack of security is a serious issue that the hotel really needs to address.

Location was really good. Unfortunately, for the room, it was really dirty. The room was full of dust, the cabinet had dirty sheets inside, and worst of all, the bed foam was full of stains. If you will stay in this hotel, make sure to check the bed foam.

The hotel is very bad there is not respect for the customers,there is someone take our things from our bags, and when complained the manager, he denial,
people working there don’t have any honesty!!!
Also when we inside the room and we was sleeping, they suddenly opened the room and get in with out Knock the door!!!!!!! For no reason!!!!! This is unacceptable done from them !!
My advice no one make reservations on this hotel
