I will consider this place as my go-to in Istanbul from now on.

Besides the steep way from this place to Istiklal street everything was perfect. The upper floor room has a very nice terrace.
I love my stay at this hotel.

The place is a rare find! Great approachable location for a perfect hide-away from all the hustle and bustle. Quick communication with the host. Spacious room with wooden floors, huge window, cosy furniture and nice touches. We were placed on the 3d floor. Minor imperfections: loose toilet paper holder, leaky shower hose, missing buttons on the sofa, no frying pan, no salt or pepper or oil, there was no cleaning room service on default, a very limited supply of toiletries and toilet paper, no instructions on how to dispose of garbage, etc’. The latter was a bit crucial as we stayed for six nights, even so, our overall impression is quite positive and pleasant. The working supplies were great, and you do have a super convenient equipment as tea pot, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron. The neighbourhood is very local and kind of indie and the price/quality ratio is good and there were loads of hangers. We really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious studio and our toddler baby felt very comfortable too! Thanks a lot!
Tip: in the morning go down the hill to Tophane tram station, in the evening go back from Taksım square down Sıraselviler Cd. via Firuzağa cami to Taktaki Ykş. to avoid steep climbs. Get “Istanbul kart” (like Oyster card) and go exploring on vapur.

This is a jewel in the centre of Istanbul. I used to stay in Fatih, but read a review about this place and it is really fantastic. The studio is big enough and has everything for a stay in the city. I normally eat outside but you can prepare a simple meal if you want. The bed is good, I like it when the mattress is firm. The balcony makes this studio to a jewel. Spacious enough to sit relaxed outside. You are in the center of the city but in a quiet part. For 90 TL/day you can park your car in a garage. Restaurants and supermarkets are in the surroundings. The bazaar is about 40 minutes walk.
The airco is attached to wood which reacts on the temperature changes and can make loud sounds.

Highly recommend it. A great neat place in a very good location. 7-8 mins to the tram station, another 7-8 mins to the Taksim square, really close to the famous Istiklal Street and Galata tower. The place has pretty much everything you need, however, those who are coming from overseas, don't forget to bring your electricity outlet converter. They are cooking utensils, definitely can cook in that place, and there is pretty big Carrefour supermarket only 4 mins away. Also, the fact that they have a washing machine and dryer in the basement was really helpful.

Great place to stay in Istanbul! The apartment is well-equipped and the owner is very friendly.

Its in an amazing neighbourhood (Jihangir); one of the best places in Istanbul. The studio apartments in the brickpalas are very beautiful and provides everything you can expect in a studio apartment.
