The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable from the start. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. What truly stood out, however, was the staff—they were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. On our first day, they kindly provided us with a map of Istanbul and took the time to explain how to reach nearby tourist attractions, which made exploring the city much easier. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel choice in the old town, a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sofia. Most of the restaurants on the main street are tourist traps, but the hotel's side streets are quieter. The rooms are very clean, and the management is excellent. The breakfasts are surprisingly good. Highly recommended!

+ I always choose this hotel because of Eren . We really know he is the star of hotel . Cat of hotel is also so cute . When we go down to reception Eren is always greeted us with his smiling . His Russian is getting really better and he speaks really well. We love you Eren . We will be back soon to see you . The room where we stayed was great too! It’s recommended 💞- Nothing

We loved our stay at Hotel Poem! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Istanbul. The hotel was super clean (probably the cleanest we’ve stayed in), and the room had everything we needed.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was absolutely amazing. The servers made mornings feel extra special with their kindness.
It’s a small, modern, and very well-run hotel. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Just stayed at Hotel Poem for 3 nights - I found it to be a lovely and uncomplicated hotel with warm and friendly staff. Huge shout out to thank Eren for his advise and warm greetings whenever he saw us. Also great help and advice about booking some events like hammans, restaurants and cooking courses before we even arrived. Loved the breakfast and vibe there. The hotel was ideally situated.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in quiet street but so close to everything. The staff of hotel were always happy to help and provide excellent service. The breakfasts were delicious.

We loved our stay at Hotel Poem. Everyone was just so friendly, from the reception Eren to the cleaning ladies, everyone made us feel really welcome from the start.
Breakfast was great! Proper Turkish style, and it changed every day so it never got boring. The people serving breakfast were also really nice and always in a good mood.
The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, which made it really easy to explore the area.

We chose this hotel after reading several online reviews, and it really didn’t disappoint. It’s tucked away on quiet street but is also just a few strides from a host of bars and restaurants. It’s only five minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was modern, clean and spacious, with an outdoor patio area. Oh, and the breakfasts are tremendous. Highly recommended.
