I must say the staff was great and worked diligently to fix the issue.
Gracious staff. Breakfasts were amazing- they covered my table for 4 with a wide variety breakfast foods.
Well priced, clean, safe, great location - this hits all of my requirements.
But when we came back, as promised, they give a larger room, not looking on the street so very quiet, and every thing is perfect .
Their absolute best point is their location. 5-10 minutes to Ste Sophia, Blue mosque, Grand Bazaar and to the tram.
Highly recommended for that last point in a surprisingly nice and small hotel
