Exceptional service and 10/10 stay!

Everything from check-in up until the departure was great! Hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful and very attentive. Every single employee at the desk, door and kitchen deserves high praise!

Our stay included the breakfast, and I highly recommend it: great buffet and freshly made omelette and magnificent view if the Blue mosque and the Bosphorus. They even have a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views.

Common areas, room and bathroom were spotless on arrival, and cleaned every day. Complimentary minibar and unlimited tea/coffee you can order to your room 24/7 were cherry on top. Rooms are fresh, in well-maintained condition and warm.

Location is to die for, at the corner of Sultan Ahmed square (hippodrome) right in front of the Blue Mosque. Easy public transport access (few minutes walk to Sultanahmet or Cemberlitash tram stations), all historic landmarks just a couple of minutes walking distance. Dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants and pharmasies nearby. Although central and very touristic, the area was very safe at all times of our stay. If you need a taxi, the guys at the desk can arrange from the nearest station which will not overcharge.

Thank you to the entire team for welcoming us, looking after us (and putting up with my son's shenaningans :) ) and making this trip even better and memorable! And thanks for your kind parting gift!

Best in sultanahmet area and a must visit hotel
Exemplary staff and very professional, always assisting with all they can. Breakfast is top notch, and vow from restaurant balcony and terrace is breathtaking facing blue mosque. The lady chef/baker does best food and cakes/nammoura/cookies..... Cozy and family like hotel, they make you feel as one of the family. Gave us a gift in checkout, helped us with large VIP van who's drives was a guide and provided tourist information using Google audio translate all way to airport.

Spectacular stay. Before our arrival, we couldn't figure out what was so special as to justify a 4.9/5 stars rating. Turns out, they do everything really well.

Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bed and room are super comfortable. The buffet breakfast (even during off season) was top notch. The view of the Blue Mosque is amazing. Plus, they have a few nice surprises such as the food and beverages in the room being free. I won't ruin the other surprise.

100% recommend.

Haci Bayram was perfect for our stay in Istanbul. We travelled with 3 children and they had a room adjoining ours. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had amazing views. The staff were kind and helpful and made friends with the children too.
The location was perfect for walking to most tourist sites to see and very close to the tramline too. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting!

The staff at this hotel are absolutely stellar in the service they provide. I had hurt my leg and they were helpful in providing an icepack. They are very kind and helpful. They were also very helpful in planing our day to day itinerary.
Very fresh and delicious breakfast buffet. The location just 3 minutes walking distance from the blue mosque. It’s as close as it gets to the major sites at this hotel. Lots of delicious restaurants just walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel it’s a winner!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.

Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL

Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
