We chose it because it was located in the center, but unfortunately problems arose: we lost clothes during washing, we asked to find them, they found them only after they said we wouldn’t pay, and another problem appeared the night before we left, there was loud noise and smell at the reception cigarettes, they woke us up, we waited for a long time, thought they would leave, no, they started getting louder, they didn’t even calm down after they came out and asked to calm down, the administrator himself sat and smoked with them. And in two cases, none of the administrators apologized...

Terrific stay and value for the money. The room had modern amenities and an amazing view. Breakfast was generous and had good options. The staff were helpful and communication was easy. They arranged for the taxi transfer from the airport too. Had a fantastic few nights stay in the heart of Istanbul with Hanedan.

One of the best hotel i have ever stayed! Very nice and cosy rooms with free and good Wi-Fi.The view from the hotel rooftop is breathtaking,we have sea in the front and Aya Sofia at the back😍
Guys working there are extremely nice and helpful! No language barrier they speak very good English.Ask them anything and they will help you everything!
Location of this hotel is sooo good
So many restaurants as soon as you get off the hotel and Aya Sofia is 3min walk. There is no transportation problem whatsoever literally taxis and buses everywhere.
I know where I'll be staying next time I am in Istanbul

Our family had an awesome experience staying at the Hanedan hotel! We stayed at Hanedan eight days.Breakfast at the roof top was priceless! The friendly staff specially the lady keeps ready the breakfast, the helpful service, the cleanliness of the hotel room, lobby, and terrace eating area made it even more comfortable for my family. We felt like we are at our home . We highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again soon..

Accommodation in a very good location. Breakfast can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace with great views. The reception is very helpful. special thanks to Mevlan for all the help and helpful advice. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. There were no complaints about cleanliness. I spent a pleasant 4 days in the city. The main attractions are within walking distance.

Amazing location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember to take your own towels though. The terrace view is breathtaking. The breakfast is very nice.

The service offered by this youth hotel for the price is very satisfying. Perfect location. You can go in and out at whatever hour you want. Just think of bringing your own towel.

Very close to all the attractions. The view from the terrace is descent. They have a 24h open reception and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap accomodation and not so bad breakfast.

I would recommend it for value for money.

Very cool and Friendly Staff + the cheapest hostel that you can find in historical peninsula of Istanbul. It has free breakfast and a roof top bar with a beautiful view of bosphorous on the east side and view of Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet mosque when you look to the west.

We had a wonderful coffee and dessert for the sunset views! Absolute recommendation!
You can even feed birds with a soft music, extremely good for insta videos or a memorable experience

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina
