The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the T1 tram stop and the metro station, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was exactly as advertised and cleaned daily. It was a bit chilly in the room in the winter, so we turned on the air conditioning. Breakfasts were simple but tasty and filling, mostly eggs, sausage, cheese, and hot dogs. There's a large shopping center next to the hotel, with a large Migros grocery store downstairs. The hotel staff was very attentive and always responded to our requests. We loved the hotel!

This place very central and convenient for walking and easily accessible to the public transportation. Even buses to ISTANBUL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT are 2 minutes walk from this hotel which saved me a lot of unnecessary traffic and resources.
Breakfast starts 7-11 am. Not a lot of selections but bread, coffee, juices and few other items.
This hotel can fit 3.5 stars hotel.

The staff are welcoming, wonderful and most accommodating. They made all the difference. The rooms could do with a little space and modernisation, however its absolutely value for money. The location is in Yusufpasa near Aksari and Fatih which are tourist attractions. The location is lively day and night with ample shops in the area. I would highly recommend and use the hotel for my future visits. Thank you to all the staff at Bern Hotel. You made my experience memorable.

My experience
The staff was great, the hotel clean, and the breakfast food was amazing and fresh!

My only issue was with the heating/cooling unit in the room, it was too loud and gave me a headache. It was the room close to the elevator.
Reception space was compact and elevator was too small. The room was compact as well, with no chair for the table, and just enough space for two people's bags and to walk across.

Again, staff and food were 10/10. Location is great too, close to several bus lines on either side and to a metro.

The hotel is clean and in a very good location. The price is fair and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will stay in this hotel again when I visit Istanbul. Highly recommend it!
