Reviews
The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of our belongings. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied.
The location was ideal—close to key attractions, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Highly recommend
I told him the room was Too tight they told me Best room you ordered if you want Bigger room, you have to pay extra I figure I’ll stick with that one since that was my choice from the beginning
Now in 2025 I made another trip and I have a reservation for premium room
Paid extra so I don’t end up in the same small tiny room
After I checked in, he gave me my key
It was for the same exact room, but in different floor
I told them I ordered premium They told me this is premium so I told them about what happened a few years back
So he tried to give me another story this time
He said we upgraded your economy room to a premium, last time (which is totally not true)and that’s why you end up in this room
I know for sure this is not a premium room and they try to give it to me so I could pay extra to move to a big room
And that argument was with the same person who I dealt with back in 2022 and the same person who gave me the same room in 2025
If you wanna get drunk over there, make sure you call him directly and ask for pictures for that room. Otherwise, you might end up the situation like me.
The room was cozy, clean and well kept ideal for a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful.
I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
Rooms are quite small, but they are modern, with linens and towels always seeming new and fresh, and the bathrooms kept in great condition.
Staff are lovely and always keen to help, such that whenever requests are made, they try to cater to them immediately, especially Hamit. They are also very trustworthy and the hotel is safe overall.
In terms of the breakfast, there is always good variety, with fresh and tasty food available; it seems the chef enjoys their work, and is creative in their offerings, which is great to witness. It’s also nice that the chef comes to check on the food items from time to time. What I would mention is that several years ago, there used to be a soup available each morning also, but unfortunately this is no longer the case. However, there are now complimentary savoury biscuits/pastries available throughout the day to compensate for this, although I think it would be nice to have complimentary coffee/tea alongside this, like some other hotels. Similarly, the snacks/drinks in room fridges used to be complimentary, but no longer, which is a shame.
All in all, I would go back to this hotel, and would recommend it to others visiting Istanbul.
