Primero Hotel in Istanbul

Very welcoming and attentive staff, convenient location

The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive at Primero Hotel. We were made to feel like welcomed family!! The location is perfect to explore Istanbul and within walking distance to the major sites. We changed three hotels before finally finding cleaness at Hotel Primero, which offered a very good price and was very clean, with daily housekeeping😊. The staff provided excellent customer service, starting with the receptionists Azer 😊and Semih😊 who were always ready to help at any time. They know what custumer service is .The breakfast was varied, tasty, and clean and Seyid was very polite. Thank u for the Omelette 😊 The location is fantastic, only a 10-minute walk from Sultanahmet. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear noise from other rooms but using earplugs can easily solve this issue. However the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The amenities were bath towels, towels, shampoo, and conditioner. I also had a problem during my trip and the front desk was very helpful, so I'd definitely stay here again.

I was welcomed wonderfully by Azer who gave me a brief introduction to Istanbul.

The location of the hotel was very cool, blended in the deep streets of Istanbul and in proximity of some of the most beautiful attractions as well transit services to make commuting around the city easy.

The room was perfect for a solo traveller like myself. It was cozy, clean, and reliable.

The included breakfast was probably my favourite part. It was a clean room, well set up, and perfect variety of food and drink options to kickstart your adventures.

Finally, the hotel was kind enough to store my luggage while I completed my last day in the city despite checking out early.

Overall, the location, staff, and amenities made my stay very enjoyable and provided me with great rest and recovery to be able to explore Istanbul. Highly recommend this hotel fo solo travellers, couples, and even families.

The absolute most friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are spotless and always smell and look sanitized. I would definitely stay here again, my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

Staff very friendly. Room was very clean. At first I thought the beds would be hard but I slept well! Lovely Turkish breakfast. Very close to Cemberlitas tram station as well as Sultanahmet mosque and Haga Sofia. I would highly recommend.
