After a difficult start to our trip, staying at this property completely changed our experience in Istanbul.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, safe, and genuinely cared for. The reception team was professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere was warm and reassuring, which meant a lot to us as a family.

The room was simply superb — spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was clean, fresh, and in perfect working condition. The attention to detail and level of maintenance were clearly visible. It truly felt comfortable and safe.

The restaurant was another highlight — very good food quality, excellent presentation, and attentive service. The waiters were professional, friendly, and genuinely engaged. Breakfast was fresh, well organized, and enjoyable every morning.

A special mention to Aziz, who was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference.

We felt respected, valued, and genuinely taken care of. This is how hospitality should be done.

P.S. Thanks to Aziz’s recommendation, we also took a Bosphorus boat tour — an unforgettable experience. The guide who assisted us was very attentive and professional, and the entire trip was beautifully organized. It added something truly special to our stay in Istanbul.

It's a newly decorated, clean, comfortable and budget friendly historical Boutique Hotel in old Istanbul. It is walk distance to all tourists attractions like Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmet... We stayed there with my family 6 days. We would like to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Been on a vacation to turkey, and stayed at this beautiful place for 2days in istabul. It's the best hotel to stay in as it's very convenient to go to most of the tourist attractions by walk and the service was fantastic and the team were so helpful and great. Always there for any help and provided solutions within minutes. And also I loved their cruise package. It's so lovely, and memorable one for me. I highly recommend this place for service, views, and packages they provide. Very reasonable and so very helpful and grate. Thank you

I stayed three nights, hotel was like 5 star. Manager was helpful and polite. Breakfast was Turkish with good choice.
Restaurant prices were reasonable. I love to stay again.

Don't listen to "Oleg Ivanov", that's obviously an account that gets paid by rivals to hand out 1* reviews. The hotel is great, it's clean, warm, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Saying that it's loud is total BS. Actually, it's the quietest hotel I've ever seen in a muslim country because it's in a small side street and, seemingly, no minaret loudspeakers are anywhere near.
