Staff go above and beyond and are amazing. Grateful to all 3 young guys during the day and evening and the manager.
If you’re attending a football match at the stadium the location is great. It is a little far out from the main area of Kadikoy but taxis if they don’t rip you off are pretty easy to get.
Hotel is clean, beds and very comfortable, house keeping are wonderful and I had a very good experience here. I would recommend
The staff were genuinely great. Since I was staying there for a nose surgery, they even offered me ice cubes for my face, which I really appreciated.
My only two let downs were 1. Air conditioning was set to hot and couldn’t be changed. 2. Carpet in rooms was stained.
But I can’t fault the personal service received from reception, including a complimentary tea upon arrival!
Very hospitable and courteous.
My ONLY fault is the location. A bit remote in a weird quarter dominated by motorcycle businesses. However, not too far to walk to Söğütlüçeşme station on the Marmaray. Friendly service and decent room.
