Excellent Hotel
Staff go above and beyond and are amazing. Grateful to all 3 young guys during the day and evening and the manager.
If you’re attending a football match at the stadium the location is great. It is a little far out from the main area of Kadikoy but taxis if they don’t rip you off are pretty easy to get.
Hotel is clean, beds and very comfortable, house keeping are wonderful and I had a very good experience here. I would recommend

The hotel was clean and looked just like the photos. If window views are important to you, though, this might not be the best option. Most windows on one side of the building face a shared indoor space with a glass ceiling rather than the outdoors. This area, meant to bring light into rooms that don't face daylight directly, was unfortunately quite dusty and dirty. That said, you can see and hear birds there, which adds a peaceful touch.
The staff were genuinely great. Since I was staying there for a nose surgery, they even offered me ice cubes for my face, which I really appreciated.

Friendly, but a bit far from the buzz
My ONLY fault is the location. A bit remote in a weird quarter dominated by motorcycle businesses. However, not too far to walk to Söğütlüçeşme station on the Marmaray. Friendly service and decent room.

The biggest issue with this place is the lack of natural light and proper air circulation. The photos are not accurate; don't fall for them. The room we stayed in (all of them are the same layout) has literally no natural light. You cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. We had to leave it on for a few minutes and turn it off because the room got cold, and we could not have a good sleep at night because of this. The only way to adjust the temperature is to tell the staff downstairs. The staff working there is not professional. We had an issue with the room, and the way they treated us and talked to us was not good at all. We'd booked their standard double room, but the layout plan they hung on the door showed it as "Eco double room", which is the cheaper room. When we escalated this to them, they said they had changed the names because of the fire department. I'm still not convinced of that, and I believe they gave us the cheaper room. Not happy with my experience in this place. not recommended.

The location is close to the station and easy to access! They clean the room thoroughly every day and replace the towels with clean ones. They also replenish the amenities and water every day, which was really helpful!

Room was clean. Neighborhood was quite. And that what I cared the most about after a clean room. My room was on the first floor. Im not a morning person, so I didnt do breakfast. Rooms don't have a view. But I didnt come for the view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay again.

They kindly helped me when I was in trouble! Thank you very much! It was unique and interesting that there were many motorcycle and car shops around. You may need to walk a little if you go back and forth between the European side.

Friendly and helpful staff and nice, modern rooms. Very clean. As others have said, location is unusual, seemingly the only hotel in otherwise commercial zone focussed on motorbike stores. But you can walk to the metro station in 5 mins (loads of life there) and from there on to the busy kurdikoy area in another 10-15 mins.
