We stayed at Hotel Nena during our first trip to Istanbul, and had a really wonderful experience.
The service was excellent, with the staff being so friendly, welcoming, accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with airport transfers, luggage storage and tour facilitation.
The hotel breakfasts were lovely, with good quality food and many pastry options.
The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Would definitely recommend Hotel Nena to first time and return travellers, given its prime location in the old part of the city.

I stayed at hotel Nena for 4 nights. The rooms are an average size but great! The hotel is in amazing spot as you’re close to Hagia Sophia and many more places.
The staff are amazing too and very honest and can help to guide you with places and nice restaurants. I would definitely rate this place a 10/10

The hotel room is stylishly decorated, very functional, and the cleaning quality is excellent. The staff speaks fluent English and is friendly and professional.

My first trip to Turkey and staff at Hotel Nena were great .
They were very friendly and helpful with any request. The breakfast at the hotels would cater to may taste and there is brewed coffee as well as a machine .

The hotel was well placed for walking to any of the main attraction in the old city .. with a few roof top bars within 5 min walk .. definitely a great place to stay👍

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The hotel is located close to the city center and the tram stop. Most of the city's attractions are within walking distance. Modern, stylish room (we took a superior one so that there was a window in the room). Everything is clean in the room, very cozy and the hotel smells very delicious, I admired the aroma every time! Slippers are provided, cleaning is 5+, the reception quickly checked in and accommodated us, they helped with various issues and even spoke Russian, which was very nice!) Breakfasts at the hotel on the 1st floor, very atmospheric and delicious, enough choice, no one left hungry. Coffee to choose from: from a coffee machine or brewed, Turkish tea, various juices, water, the choice of cheeses is huge - all delicious, lots of pastries and fruits (croissants are awesome). We were in Istanbul for the first time, if we come again - we will definitely stay at Nena and will recommend it to others!
