I have booked a room in this hotel via BOOKING.com during end of November 25, “Non Refundable “ the room shows as AC room “air conditioning”
But when i have arrived to the hotel, reception said that the hotel is turn on the heating system ! And the AC is not woking in this period !
This was not written in the booking.Com nor was mentioned by the hotel
I have left the hotel second day as I could not sleep without AC with all noise in street
BOOKING.com refused to refund the amount saying that hotel feedback was AC is working properly, its a fraud proceed from both Booking.com + Hotel
I could not get any feedbacks from Booking.con and they asked me to not contact them again on this reservation!!
I am attaching photos was taking from the room showing the dirt and mold inside AC’s which they are claiming that it was working but the shift it to heating as per season ! + one of the room have an split AC .

Great location hor a hotel. Awesome breakfast, witch wide selection of items. Windows to the room could close and seal better. mainly because of sound from street, morning prayers etc. We were very happy overall.

The hotel was really clean and the stuff was so kind. I recomment this beautiful hotel to everyone. 5 minutes away from the metro and easy to reach everywhere

The small room with three beds is suitable for families with children. Located near the wholesale market in the old town, the room is quite quiet. Transportation is convenient, with airport shuttle buses nearby. The breakfast isn't extensive, but it features a selection of delicious dishes from the Black Sea Mediterranean region. Aside from the small room size and slightly worn-out amenities, everything else is quite good. The service is warm and attentive.

Me and my wife have been in corner hotel Istanbul in January. The hotel is located in a very good area where you can reach easily the tram or metro. The hotel hisself is small and comfy. Rooms are not very big but for the money worth it and always clean.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Honestly after reading some of the reviews online, I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised that everything went very smoothly. Check-in process was easy, the rooms were cleaned everyday, the breakfast options were decent, you can drop your luggage at the reception after checking out if you have a night flight, etc. They even gave us some complimentary chocolates for NYE! Last but not least, the location is just superb (very close to the tram line, marmaray line, and the havaist bus stop)
