We chose this hotel because it was the closest to the Walker Arena, as we were in town for a concert. It's literally only 100 meters away. Nearby, there's a Migros, a Bim, and a shopping center with cafes. Getting to the new airport takes about 1.5 hours.
The hotel itself is small and modest, but perfect for a couple of nights. Breakfasts are sparse, and in the room, there's only a soap/shampoo dispenser. There are no shower caps, separate soap bars, cotton pads/swabs, shaving kits, or bathrobes. However, slippers, a tea/coffee set, and a kettle are provided. The sound insulation from the street is decent, but not so great between rooms. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the linens and towels were fresh. The reception staff doesn't speak Russian.
It suited our needs perfectly. I didn't take photos, but the ones on the website are accurate.

Dont go if you care about cleanliness and comfort
The place was very dirty and smelled a lot of smoke. We got another room but also that one was dirty. It looked very used and old and with the emergency exit door from the apartment and out you could see between the wall and the floor through a gap outside and down 5 floors. Didn't seem very safe. They refused to give us a refund. We checked out and left the hotel.

Staying here was such a delight! The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt like a valued guest the entire time. The room was comfortable, quiet, and provided all the amenities I needed for a stress-free stay. I also appreciated how responsive the team was to any requests I had. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll feel taken care of from check-in to check-out, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The room was relatively clean and it was a good stay. It's mainly close to the company, so I chose this one. Overall it was pretty good. It just happened to be under hotel maintenance and the noise was a bit loud in the last few days.

During our 5 nights stay in 30 Gate suites, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It is located in a beautiful neighbor. Ease of access to best Malls of Istanbul with in 5 min with Taxi or Bus. I can say every transport system have a station near this hotel.
About the Hotel great reception (Mr Bilai ) at our arrival with very friendly greeting and useful advises really help us. Also the prices are the best in compare of the services. Rooms were clean and tidy.

This hotel is 3-stars at best. I left disappointed.
Cons:
1. A number of stuff did not work: hair dryer, minibar (fridge). They promised to fix but never did.
2. It was not clean, pillows came without pillowcases, blankets without covers and were too dirty with all kinds of stains and cigarettes smell.
3. They tried to scam us into paying more for the room. We were moved to a smaller room allegedly due to a problem with plumbing which was magically fixed next day and offered back to us at a higher price when we asked for extended stay.
Pros:
1. Location is okay, a supermarket is very close and a mall is within 10-15 mins walk.
2. The breakfast was ok.

Great place to stay! In fact, I came back here twice !! Great staff, convenient location close to shops, restaurants and sporting facilities. The rooms are clean and bright. I recommend this place to any traveler who needs a place in Ataşehir!

Best hotel in asian side of Istanbul, highly recommended.
Very clean and warm, the location is strategic.
Staff are very friendly especially Mr. Bila, he is very gentle and helpful.

First of all I would like to thank the staff members for all the support and friendship! Reception, housekeeping and the manager were able to help for a comfortable stay. Hotel is very well located between the airport and city center. The rooms are big and clean and all you need you can find in your room.(iron table was very useful)
