I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and conveniently located near the Ferry station Ortaköy. However, there were several disappointments. Despite booking for four people, the apartment only had one single and one double bed. They offered to make the sofa into a bed, but it turned out to be just an ordinary sofa, not a sofa bed. The hotel did not provide teabags or basic kitchen appliances like a microwave or oven. Additionally, the lack of renovation and maintenance led to a deteriorating condition of the apartment. The nearby bar’s loud music until early morning made it impossible to sleep. The bedding was uncomfortable, with extremely cheap pillows. Furthermore, the bathroom was dirty, with visible mold & fungi. Overall, while the location was convenient, the lack of amenities, uncomfortable bedding, cleanliness issues, and inadequate sleeping arrangements made for a disappointing stay.

I will give 5 off 5 it’s was really amazing hotel and specially the Reseption staff they was really friendly and helpful mr. Metin, ms.tina , ms.buse, and mr. Kudret i was really happy with them they smiles all the time and when I get back to Istanbul definitely I will be back to the same hotel ( Feri suite hotel ) in örtakoy🙏🙏💕💕💕 again thank you all 🥰🥰🥰

The apartment that was booked overlooks the Bosphorus, but there is no turnip for it to reach the apartment, and I had to change it on the second floor so that I could use the turnip, but the apartment was smaller and did not have two bathrooms, and the price difference was not refunded to me?
