Antwell Suites & Residence in Istanbul

We are staying here currently. They advertise a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. When I got to the “spa” on three of the nights we’ve stayed, the sauna has been off. The jacuzzi has not functioned at all (there's not even any water in it). 3 of those days there have been young children screaming and treating this place like a playground. They keep hitting the emergency shutdown buttons in the sauna and steam rooms which take time to return to proper temperature once staff has been contacted to turn them back on. I don't see why the staff let's young kids play there even though the doors are clearly marked with the rules (16 or older unless accompanied by a parent) Very unprofessional. Men’s locker room towels have been empty several days as well. Skip this place if these are things you’re looking for.

Otherwise the staff has been great. The included breakfasts have been very good. Room service has been available and very speedy every time we've ordered.
Hotel staff has been very pleasant and attentive. Any time we need the suite cleaned, more towels, sheets changed, etc., those requests were taken care of immediately.

I guess the takeaway here is that it's a good hotel, but they really need to limit and enforce age rules for those who can use the spa facilities.
