Everything is great. Only the floors and bathroom are a bit dirty. But the rest of the room is clean. The location is great. The price is great.

Everything was great. The rooms aren't super fresh, but for the price they're great. If you have any problems, the receptionist is always there to help. There's free water, tea, and coffee (even if you don't buy breakfast).
The location is fantastic—it's two minutes from the center where the tram runs. At first, we didn't know where to go, and the GPS took us the wrong way, so we walked a long time. On our way back, we found the straight path, but it turns out you just need to turn left and up, and you're on the main street.

Hi everyone, I stayed in this hotel for a week with my husband and my husband likes to listen to music and watching TV series on his phone evening time and is using earphones. He always keeps them in draw in nightstand and does not bring them with him outside. On one evening he wanted to use his earphones and noticed they were gone so clearly one of the cleaners stolen them. We informed manager of the hotel of what happened and day before we left manager ordered new earphones to our home address in UK and gave us tracking number, on arrival back to UK we checked tracking number and apparently earphone order has been cancelled by hotel manager. Tried to get in touch with hotel manager and no response. I do believe that hotel staff steals from people rooms and manager is aware of it and is part of it. Be careful guys I would not want this to happen to anyone else. Bear in mind earphones cost my husband £150. Shame on you as a hotel. Disgusting.

This is a quirky little establishment that has a lot going for it but the rooms on the upper levels do definitely require renovation and maintenance.
The reception staff were very helpful and the location is wonderful if you want to be in the heart of all the hustle bustle. We literally walked EVERYWHERE, tram and metro stations close by and easy to use.
Breakfast was basic but tasty.
We enjoyed our stay but I feel that the owners really need to embark on a deep cleaning and renovation of the property as it does feel like its been at the receiving end of a lot of wear and tear. The 2nd floor room we stayed in was SO much better than the 5th floor room so hopefully such renovation has begun. Not for anyone with limited mobility and the stairs are narrow and plentiful.
Would I choose to stay again?
Probably not, as there were plenty of other options in the area that looked better kept and for similar rates.

Wonderful little hotel! You can't get a hotel in a better location in Istanbul (two minutes walk from the Blue Mosque). The room looks wonderful and the staff are very friendly and are always there to help you 24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a good place to stay right in the heart of Istanbul where all the action is. The lovely host along with the fabulous location made me a very happy guest here. Also, this is one of the rare places that offered drinking water refills if you like to travel with your own water bottle to avoid plastic bottles. Rooms are not massive but we got one with a balcony and the view was stunning.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
