I found some fake eyelashes that wasn't cleaned away properly on the bathroom wall. There was a sink but no detergent or sponge to wash dishes with. For a family room for 5 people, there were only 2 glass cups for tea (there were paper cups provided for 5 people though). The breakfast, though we were warned from the previous reviews, really leave much to be desired. We didn't eat much from the breakfast buffet because the food was really not great. Other than that, service is good and the staff are very attentive. The hotel is also situated within walking distance to most of the major attractions.
We really liked our stay, the area and the facility were very beautiful, the environment was also very nice, the weather was also good for us.
The host's service was on par with the cleaning service, overall I think it was great.
Otherwise I can only recommend it and we will definitely be happy to return to the same place.

I would like to mention 1 manager who did my check in, he said to me that i should give him a tip because he has upgraded my room, which i didnt ask. They just did that and mentioned later. When i said i can pay via card the tip he said no.
