The hotel and the location are good.
However the breakfast is bad, especially the coffee, a disgusting "socket juice" served in a paper cup by old machine.
There is choice inside the buffet : fruits, cheese, chicken slice the quality is ok excepted for bread there is almost nothing.
I would prefer to pay a little bit more to get a real breakfast.
But once again when I just wake up It's important for me to get a good coffee (They pretend that their usual coffee machine is currently broken, but in reality it hasn't worked for a long time).

The location it self is what saves the hotel but the rooms are small and dark with no daylight. Low to no light. The bathrooms are new with new tiles but done poorly! The food is below average at best but the service and location make it still exist!

Stayed two nights here with friends, we had one super deluxe and two deluxe rooms, super was fine but one room (room 8) was a whisker bigger than a coffin. Anyhow we checked in as we wanted to head out, when I came back I asked the gentleman at the reception if there was any other room available, it was but I was promptly charged 1500 TL in cash only to move there.
All rooms are dimly lit, which I disliked, bathroom was also on the smaller side, with me barely able to fit under the shower at 5 11.
Breakfast was nothing to write home about either, and good luck passing by the street it's on without being hussled into a restaurant from an overly keen local.
Good part was the staff was good and the location was great. Place was nice and warm and everything was accessible. The hotel in essence captured the old town vibe well and all in all it wasn't a bad experience.

Amazing location with affordable price
Situated in a strategic location in Fatih, next to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. Walking distance to Spice Bazaar which was good for morning stroll. Hotel staffs are all nice, friendly & welcoming. Hotel serves Traditional Turkish Breakfast each morning. Room is aesthetically pleasing, but the windows and walls are not sound proof so you could hear vehicle passing by or people talking or walking pass. Hotel provides tours, pay by cash only either in TL or €. I recommend taking the airport transfer (provided by the hotel at a price), as public transport in Istanbul is often very pack.

Everything was great with this hotel but what I didn't like was the horrible behaviour of some drunk German tourists who came late at night and made a lot of noise, screaming, shouting, and hitting the walls, disturbing other people from sleeping.What a shameful behaviour.
I liked everything, the staff were really helpful, we didn't received at first a room with view as it was in the booking but at our request they give us a nice room with city view. In the room I didn't have a hairdryer and the staff was very helpful and kind to offer me to change my room with another one which has a hairdryer.
Everything was great, the cleaned room, the breakfast, the location.
You are close to all the main tourist attractions like Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia, Basilica cisterna, Sultan Ahmet mosque etc.

The staff was amazing. I love the hotel and the area surrounding it. Not sure why my bed broke as soon as i sat on it, but they upgraded my room to a better one with a balcony facing the sea which is pretty cool!

This hotel is super loud and not great. Person outside our room at 1am organizing towels in loud crinkly bags. Thats how thin the walls and doors are I am aware that Istanbul is loud but this was like as loud as a cardboard box. The room was miniature with no bathroom fan. Super hot in November and the aircon did not work. Only blew hot air even when on regular fan setting or on aircon setting. This area is super expensive restaurants all scamming tourists. Find another area, trust me. Least favorite part of istanbul. 220Lira for a beer everywhere in this area. Go anywhere else and its 100Lira. Trust me. Free breakfast was so so. Not really worth it here. Everytime you walk past any of the restaurants near the hotel they hastle you to come in. Nowhere else in istanbul does this really.

Nice hotel but lacks in maintenance especially in the bathroom and no city view from deluxe double room as mentioned; expensive for what it is. Correct breakfast without more, average service.

The good:Great location right around the corner of all major attractions. Nicely renovated building. Most staff are friendly. The bad: 2 nights in a row, airconditioning was out for the entire hotel. Manager didn’t want to refund remaining nights when we informed we switch hotels. Threatened us throughout the discussion multiple times. Breakfast is just not up to standard for that price. Rooms are a bit noisy.

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina
