We found out in the morning there was another room available which they didnt offer us.
Worst of all they are only offering a 1000 lira discount, was initially only going to be 500! We had to argue for it.
Awful awful experience for our last night in Turkey.
The reception was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The restroom was broken, the room was extremely dirty, and there was an electrical issue.

-Old rooms, not maintained.
-Mold in the bathroom, smells bad.
-Curtains maybe not washed ever.
-Minibar fridge and TV not working at all.
AND, the manager charged me for the night I couldn't get into my room!! My key didn't work, even the master key didn't open it. I stayed in another room without my personal items, and she felt no responsibility for this.
