Excellent Location, Clean Rooms & Great Comfort at The City Suite Hotel UMRANIYE
I had a very pleasant stay at The City Suite Hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for guests looking for comfort and a prime location on the Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located close to JJ Arena, making it an ideal choice for events, business trips, or short city stays.
One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to major shopping and lifestyle centers such as Buyaka Shopping Mall, Canpark Shopping Mall, and Meydan Istanbul Mall. Whether you want to shop, dine, or relax, everything is just a few minutes away.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. Another major plus is the on-site parking facility, which is a huge convenience for guests traveling by car in Istanbul.
Overall, The City Suite Hotel offers excellent value with its central location, clean rooms, easy access to shopping malls, and parking availability. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers — I would gladly stay here again.

The receptionist Serhat Dayi is the best ever . He help us a lot . I recommend every one this hotel

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely dirty — the floor had not been cleaned, and the toilet had traces of feces around the rim. In addition, the ceiling was leaking in one area (see photo), and the entire room smelled strongly of smoke. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

This spot nice and quite but away from tourist area downtown. Friendly stuff but we always had reception/wifi was terrible.

It isn't a 5 star hotel but it has everything, the staff are super nice and helpful. The food is amazing we stayed there for 6 nights and had most of our food from their restaurant as we loved it. They didn't had alcohol but they ordered it from outside for us and served us greatly. Really Clean room but if you have food inside the room ants would come from the balcony.
The standard room is kinda small but we got use to it and it was fine.
We enjoyed our stay amazing price but perhaps next time we're gonna spend more to stay in a better location hotel. But for this price everything was amazing
