Acar Suite Hotel in Istanbul

When we stayed at this hotel, we encountered several issues that impacted our overall experience. Our room was located near the door with a large window facing the street, which resulted in lack of privacy.

The cleanliness left much to be desired; the table in the room was very dirty, and we found flip-flops from the previous guest under the bed. Additionally, the hotel imposed a curfew requiring us to return by 11 PM, as the door would be locked after that time, preventing re-entry.

Given these drawbacks, the hotel was also quite expensive for what it offered. While there were some positive aspects, the combination of cleanliness issues, restrictive policies, and lack of privacy made it hard to justify the price.

(Edit for the reply: I have in fact stayed at this hotel, but my friends mom made the reservation under her name. That’s why you can’t find my name in your system. I also put on my review that I came with friends)

Clean and quiet but costumer service was so poor. WiFi connection was terrible. No connection accessories I asked couple questions but answered I don’t know.

Me and my girlfriend staid in this hotel for 3 nights our room wasn’t cleaned even once, when new people arrived overnight they made a lot of noise, the reception people weren’t really helpful
