Nea Suites Old City in Istanbul

We had a wonderful experience at Nea Suites Old City. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the old city, within walking distance to many of Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Mahmut. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His warm and professional attitude made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We highly recommend Nea Suites Old City to anyone visiting Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again!

Good accommodation , room was spacious and good view from the balcony . Mahmet the bellboy is the best bellboy you could ever asked for . thumbs up to him .

What a great hotel in sercgi, the location is super amazing next to Havez Mustafa and 10 minutes walk to the spices bazar. The area is great with so many services, many restaurants and cafes and shops and spas, the metro station is 1 minute walk
The staff are super friendly and polite especially Newman, the hotel is clean and the room with 3 beds is spacious and comfortable

We (two adults, one toddler) had a great four-night stay at Nea Suites Old City. We arrived very early in the morning (around 6:30 a.m., I think), and we figured we'd have to leave our bags in the lobby and wait until the afternoon to check in, but the man working the front desk got us in a (clean, made up) room within 10 minutes or so of our arrival. It was such a help! And the other man working the front desk was also always smiley and friendly. Nice staff. The room itself was spacious enough for our needs, had everything we needed, and was comfortable. We could hear a little noise from the street, but nothing our white noise machine couldn't cancel out at night. We never heard any noise from other guests. Lastly, the location was excellent. We were within easy walking distance to a lot of great sights in Istanbul: the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, the waterfront, the Grand Bazaar, etc., as well as countless restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Very good small hotel. Located close to iconic Istanbul places. Room was very clean and spacious. Cleaning every day. One drawback - very noisy. At 6:30 a.m tram under the window get started. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is good but not with kids. There is hardly a 4 feet distance between the apartments entrance gate to the tram track. This can be dangerous for kids.

Other location is perfect and it one of the busiest area. They don’t offer breakfast and only option I found was to go to the MADO every thins else was super expensive at the restaurant.

I was at the top floor and it was quite.

Lift is at the first floor and up to the 6th floor. However hotel staff helped me to bring my luggage to the room. Entrance is very small.

Large rooms, and I think they are the largest in the place ... There is no reception, only a small entrance and the elevator is on the first floor, the reservation service is very excellent, especially from (givi) and its price in the season is suitable, access and exit are easy and good

Hotel very well located in the famous Sultanahmet district. Close to historical monuments, tram and train station. The rooms are spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast. Special thanks to hotel staff (Aslan, Sherin).

One of the best hotels in the old city of istanbul.
Tye location is great, you can connect to the Anatolian part through Marmaray and the boats is couple of minutes away from the hotel.
The crowded area does not sleep at all, most of the places are running 24 hours, sultan ahmad is two tram station away, Grand bazar is two more station.
Some of the rooms has a great view to the Bosphorus.
Clean and fair furniture, of course luxury is far away for such type of hotels, no lobby no breakfast area.
Fair price, great location, great management, the receptionist are so helpful, kind, and polite.
I will always stay here.
Not recommended for people who cant climb the stairs as the elevator is about 20 steps up.

I came from the USA to visit Istanbul , and it was a very beautiful , fancy and respectful place. They are peaky about their costumers. They only accept respectful couples and families. I recommend this place a lot.
