Great place!!!
This is a great place to stay it's close to touristic spots, shops and transportation. All the members of the staff are great, friendly and ready to help. I will gladly return. Fully recommended!

Suitable for families or multiple people staying together. The kitchen was very convenient.
I hope the breakfast can be richer and the types and choices of breakfast can be proactively communicated to guests when they check in.

Everything was very nice, close to where I needed! The apartment is clean, equipped with everything you need, balcony and close to markets! The staff is always on the move, ready to satisfy our every wish! The location is a bit dubious, because you have to go somewhere else to get the key! They say it's open 24/7 at the reception, but when I got there, there was no one there and I stayed in the middle of the night and waited a long time! The room was not what was in the *********** description, they gave us a small room with a small bed! A small update: After they saw my message about the camera, they messaged me privately, saying that I am a ****** and that "Karma" will take care of me! I didn't add this, because I wasn't necessarily interested, as I felt good anyway, but if they brought it up, I specified this to the person at check-in, and it was pretended that he didn't know English, and the invoice, I haven't received it even now!

The place is nice, very convinient for me. The owner has very responsible for the privacy. Its my second time to book in there aparts.

I had a great experience. Left my baggage for quiet long time and everything went smooth. Staff handling its customers with professional care. Definitely would recommend to stay with them.

They have 39 different flats hosts and reception team are so kind and helpful. Rooms are super clean. You can contact them 24 hours. And they have free luggage storage services to their guests.

Booked 4 apartments for a party of 20 in August, wonderful experience thanks to Güner and his team. Excellent value for money (25 euros per person per night, breakfast included and one-way airport transfer), clean and well-equipped apartments (AC, dishwasher, washing machine), walking distance to Istiklal street and Taksim square, frequent buses on nearby boulevard to get to the old town...

The only downside really is the street some (not all) of the apartments are in (Ömer Hayyam) has quite a bit of traffic. Even though the street is one way single lane, the noise could bother some.

All in all a great place to stay, thanks Güner!

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.
It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre of the city.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.

Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.

One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.

I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.

Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
