We had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, and everything was clean and comfortable. I would especially like to thank Nariman at the reception. He was extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His positive attitude truly made our stay more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

Thank you very much for the hospitality!! Our room was very clean and every day there were changes in towels, sheets and slippers!! Kind staff who helped us with everything we needed! If we visit your beautiful city again we will definitely prefer you!! ❤️

I had an excellent stay.
I was very satisfied with everything during my time at the hotel. The cleanliness, breakfast, and especially the reception staff were very helpful in every way. There was a water issue once, but the reception resolved it immediately. The rooms were small but very cozy and lovely. All the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming.

One of the worst hotels i’ve ever been. We just stayed there for a whole week in December.
I’d like to point out the rudeness and condescendence of the two younger boys of the reception desk and their lack of help.
We arrived on Sunday night and on Monday morning we told them that there was not hot water in the shower. When we got back to the hotel, they told us it was fixed and we were able to shower on Monday night and Tuesday morning but when we went to shower on Wednesday morning, there was not hot water. Again. We told them straight that morning and they said that they’d fix it. Imagine our surprise when we got to the hotel that night and we still had no hot water. After a long argument with the guy of the reception desk and a phone call with another one (because he didn’t speak english) they changed us the room the next morning. On Thursday. Barely with an apology and no compensation at all.
Also, the breakfast is not a buffet but a traditional turkish one. They give you the plates and bread of the photo, one coffee and you can choose between an omelette, scrambled or fried eggs. This for seven days straight even though we barely touched it. But they do have a cafeteria with a lot of pastries and special coffee which they won’t offer you.
The lobby does not match the photos they post and overall the rooms are big and nice but definitely not clean, the bathrooms have humidities and some of the duvets have holes on them. They only good thing about this place is the location.
Definitely not worth it a city with so many hotel options.

Amazing room and location, we had a problem with the lock of the room so we had to sleep 2 nights unlocked in Istanbul😅, we didn’t feel safe at all, the staff reassured us that it will be resolved but it wasn’t during our stay. There was also a problem with the hot water, we had to shower with cold water. On the bright side the breakfast was alright and the room looked nice.

I went for the cafe, never knew there was a hotel or smth. Anyway, the breakfast was delicious and not overpriced, the Bazlama was juicy and not too heavy for a breakfast. The Meneman and the fries were just so right but i ordered a Flat White but they got me a Cappuccino! They were so lovely though and i enjoyed it💖💖

My husband and I are currently visiting Istanbul and stumbled across this lovely cafe within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. We both got the cheese omelet and it was so delicious!! Very reasonably priced at around 800 Turkish lira for the both of us. Everything even down to the honey and the butter were so fresh and tasted great. Definitely recommend for a quick bite in the morning

We’ve been in Istanbul for five days. This was the best breakfast—authentic Turkish breakfast recommended by a local. It’s on a super cute street under a canopy of umbrellas. We highly recommend!

Very loud on weekends, hard to sleep because of the music from bars around. Room is nice but they barely clean the rooms when you request it. Location is convenient if you don’t worry about the noise on weekends.
